Super stay in one of the best locations in Nice.

Pros: Ideal location, spacious, clean apartment, very efficient check-in, absolutely quiet despite being on one of the main restaurant streets in the city, boulangerie/ patisserie next door, promenade round the corner.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The location was perfect; central but inside was quit. The apartment was spacious and clean, everything worked well. The Host answerd quickly and offered luggage storage for free.

Cons: The apartment is quite simply decorated, not very warm feeling or cozy. The water pressure in the shower was poor.

Pros: We had a great stay! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of everything with restaurants, markets, transportation, and the water just steps from the door. The apartment was clean, modern, and easy to find, which made arriving stress-free. A great spot if you want to be in the middle of all the action.

Nice and quiet apartment from helpful host in very central location

Pros: Very central location but quiet, so ideal. Very responsive host who gives a lot of info. Spacious apartment with all facilities. As a nice add there is a balcony. Plus nice coffee. So all great.

Le calme à la ville

Pros: La situation du logement donnant directement rue Massena, mais comme il se trouve à l'arrière du bâtiment la quiétude et le calme. A 2 minutes de la promenade et 10 de la gare à pied. La proximité des restaurants et aussi des commerces de proximité. Le calme dans le logement, pas de nuisances sonores des autres résidants. La réactivité lors des échanges avec le propriétaire.

Cons: Pour 2 personnes très bien, pour 4 penser à rajouter des couverts

Pros: Bardzo polecam ten apartament w nowej części Nicei. Bardzo pomocny właściciel, kontakt bezproblemowy. Mieszkanie czyste, jest w nim wszystko co potrzeba. Bardzo blisko plaży i reszty atrakcji. Apartament na najlepszej ulicy nowej Nicei. Mnóstwo restauracji. Bardzo blisko od przystanku z lotniska ( 5 minut piechotą od stacji Jean Medecin). Z tego przystanku również dojeżdża do portu. Naprawdę bardzo polecam.

Clean, great location

Pros: The location was very well positioned for restaurants, cafes and bars, close to the promenade and the sea, short walk to the railway station and city center, spacious and clean, suitable for 4 people sharing 2 double beds

Cons: the balcony table and chairs were wooden and they had suffered from the sun, the chairs were a little unstable, and the shower water took time to reach the desired temperature, and the water pressure left a bit to be desired
