Very nice 2p with all comfort

Pros: Comfortable bedding/furniture. Good value for money.

Cons: Only negative is the key is in a lockbox 15 minutes walk from the property which can be a hassle if you’re checking out early.

Clean apartments in a good location

Pros: The place was really tidy, enough space for the family of three. Good location and good size comfy sleeping bed.

Cons: The key was located in other location than apartments, saw this way too late. Way too little toilet paper and no information where we supposed to throw trashes. No ekstra bags for trashes.

At the end was a good stay

Pros: Apartament space and location. Full of facilities even if we had a problem with WiFi was not working and we need to call maintenance and the washing machine was broken but we did not want to get if fixed because we did not want to have people around

Great location and a spacious apartment

Pros: Great location with plenty transport around the area within a couple of minutes. Accommodation was spacious and clean. Communication with the host was positive and good recommendations provided.

Cons: Hard to pick a flaw, but picking the keys up about 10/15minutes away, as long as you are aware of it and plan it into your journey it’s not so bad.

Pros: The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Walking distance to the old town, just a few steps to the tram. There are many restaurants and bakeries in the area.

Cons: According to their rules, they send us the rules and the opening code two days in advance, but we only received it when the registration period started. The pictures include a pantry with useful equipment but the door was locked. The kettle was missing. 2 rolls of toilet paper is not enough for 4 people for so many days!!! It was only at the accommodation that we were confronted with the fact that if we did not take the rubbish out, we would be charged 50 euros off our deposit. They could have at least given us some instructions where to put the rubbish as there is no bin on the street. All the problems I have listed have been reported by guests before and, unfortunately, do not seem to have changed since then.

Great apartment for a family stay close to all the attractions

Pros: Fantastic location within a few steps of the tram line. Walking distance to the old town & the port area. Plenty of restaurants & shops within easy access. Apartment fully equipped.

Cons: It is difficult to pick something we didn't like about the apartment as it had so many good points. However, the floor in the hall could be looked at as creaked a bit!

Pros: It’s a great location, a few minutes walk from the metro (Garibaldi/Chateaux) so easy access in and out. 10 minutes walk to the old town and not much further to the sea.

Pros: Easy instructions. Pictures were sent alongside written instructions. Great location and easy access. All the facilities you need whilst staying.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a great location. Full of character, loved the high ceilings, balcony and record player with vintage vinyl music.

Cons: The pictures on the advert showed a large store cupboard but this was locked and we couldn’t use it. Would have been really useful to store baggage as it is a small 1 bed place and we had baggage for 4 people. Also there were no pillow cases for the pull out sofa bed. We asked about these through the message app but we didn’t get any, but disappointing as there for 5 nights. Also only given one toilet roll for 4 people over 5 nights, not very generous and certainly not enough to service our stay.

Good, but needs some improvements

Cons: The host communicates only in French (translator needed - not bad, just FYI) We requested earlier check-in, and the apartment was ready at 15:00, but with only some really basic cleaning done (e.g. a dirty sock stuck in the bedroom wardrobe door, hair and dust under the furniture, etc.) The street is noisy (given the location it was expected), however, the neighbours were also noisy at night, which made sleeping difficult Opening the front door of the building was challenging as the key always got stuck Small additions would make the stay more pleasant (e.g. an expandable table fitting 4 people, changing the chairs which are really uncomfortable, having more table settings, etc.) There is a small vacuum cleaner, but with a weak battery even after charging, so not much cleaning could be done with it - a simple broom would suffice The picture with the cleaning closet is misleading, as it was locked and unavailable for using The shower sink in the bathroom was clogged and the water was leaking From a sustainable point of view, it would be better to have a big soap dispenser than the small bottles provided The couch gets uncomfortable after sleeping on it more nights
