A good place.

Pros: Nice area, lots of roadworks when we there there but will soon be finished. Near the museum of modern art, a park, market, not too far from old town and the sea! Liked it very much.

Cons: The temporary roadworks.

Lovely stay with friends. Great location.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Clean and spacious. There was a lovely patisserie practically next door for breakfast in the morning.

Pros: Check in process via SMS was very easy. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Great bakery across the road with lovely pastries! Easy walk into Nice Old Town.

Cons: As others have mentioned there is a massive construction job underway around in the area just outside the apartment. See photo, this was the view from the linge room. Unfortunately this was extremely noisy, with construction vehicles and jack hammering going from 6am to 10pm!!! I think this work is continuing until December 2025, so take this into consideration if you are looking to stay here. Aside from that, the apartment is great.

Pros: Very good point. The place is very comfortable for 5 adults like us.

Cons: Just one simple thing, leave for guests some cleaning stuff and some slippers, dustpan or something like that. We were there for one week and this was not good…

Pros: Clean, comfortable and cosy apartment, with all nessesities available. Great location - everything is at 10-20 minutes walk, easy access to public tranportation. Hosts are very welcoming and responsive.

Cons: A bit noisy, but the glazing reduces the street noise.

Pros: Good location spacious 3 bedroom apt the toilet is separate to the bathroom which is great. supermarket near by and tram and train station plus old town and promenade a 10 to 15 min walk

Cons: The lighting in sitting room plus in single beds bedroom no where to hang clothes and although there was chest of drawers they were full of bed linen

Pros: Beautiful apartment. Location within walking distance from restaurants and supermarkets. Good communication with host.

Cons: Nothing bad. We had good experience.

Pros: Location - about 12/15 mins walk into the main old town. Apartment had all the amenities you need for your stay. Great communication with the host. Size - plenty of room for a group of friends to stay.

Pros: - great location within walking distance of everything - comfortable beds - welcoming and responsive owner

Cons: - a bit noisy on the streets outside on Friday night but perfectly normal for a central location. The beds were so comfortable it was very easy to go back to sleep.
