Pros: The apartment was very nice with a lovely sea view. It was clean and spacious.

Cons: The location was in a very nice area but it was away from the restaurants you had to walk for about 25 minutes or get the bus to the old town . The pillowcases could have been a bit bigger.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with amazing views It was spotless with every amenity we could have wanted. Perfect location with tram stop,supermarket and bakery directly out of back door and beach and bus stop directly out of front So sad to leave

Pros: La vue magnifique, la luminosité, la propreté, les équipements à disposition, l’accueil du propriétaire et sa disponibilité pendant le séjour. La localisation parfaite face a la promenade des anglais et le tram juste à côté. Nous reviendrons dans ce logement lors d’un prochain séjour à Nice !

Pros: Die Lage direkt am Strand hat uns super gefallen. Außerdem ist direkt vor der Tür eine Bus- sowie Straßenbahn Haltestelle womit man überall schnell hin kommt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und Cafés und Bistros direkt vor der Tür.

Cons: Da gibt es nichts zu berichten. Es war fantastisch.

Pros: The question should be what was not to like. There was nothing wrong and everything right. We even met the owners parents! What a terrific couple. We would stay again in a minute only longer!

Pros: Es hat uns alle sehr gut gefallen, waren schon mal da gewesen und würden immer wieder dort hinfahren. Der Vermieter der Ferienwohnung ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam gewesen.

Cons: Es gibt da kein Kritikpunkte.

Un séjour idéal pour découvrir Nice et ses alentours

Pros: L'appartement est très confortable, moderne et a une vue magnifique sur la mer. Un endroit idéal pour se reposer. La boulangerie et un petit supermarché au coin, le tram à 2 pas de l'appartement. Alain et sa famille sont très gentils et très acceuillants. Cet appartement a vraiment dépassé nos attentes. Merci :)

Schönes und geräumiges Appartement in sehr guter Lage zum fairen Preis.

Pros: Das gesamte Appartement ist klimatisiert. Die Klimaanlage war leicht zu bedienen gut zu regulieren. Der Stellplatz für das Auto im Keller des Hauses ist in der Hochsaison (August) Gold wert. Die Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt und zum Hafen ist durch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt hinter dem Haus hervorragend. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker und Apotheke sind zu Fuß in 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons: Die Doppelbetten hatten nur eine Breite von 160 cm. Der Platz war zwar ausreichend aber nicht üppig.

Pros: Luminosité l'espace le confort l'équipement la vue imprenable , un garage pour la voiture dans l'immeuble
