Garden Atlantide Promenade

Pros: Excellent apartment, in a beautiful building, a couple of minutes walk to a quiet beach on the Promenade des anglais. Very well equipped, lovely shaded garden, good contact with Cendrine, very kind and helpful with wine and aperos on arrival. Tram stop just around the corner, less than 5 minutes walk, local shops for bread and provisions also within 5 minutes walk. Great views from bedroom and lounge onto the garden and can see the sea from the raised terrace.

1 ! minute walk to everything Nice has to offer.

Pros: Location could not have been better. The beach is directly just across the street. Shops and restaurants are within 1 minute walking distance.

Cons: Unfortunately there is no parking (as one would expect in this location) so, the car had to be parked at a near by (10-15 minutes walk) car park.

Family vacation

Pros: We were family with kids. It's very nice accomodation. It's completely arranged three room appartment. We didn't miss anything. Proximity to the beach just across the street was great advantage of the accommodation. We definitely recommend visiting.

Everything was perfect.

Pros: Everything has been perfect. We highly recommend this appartment which is spacious, clean and very well located. We've spent an excellent time in Nice and we really enjoyed staying in the appartment, close to the most atractive and vibrant part of this beautiful city. Petre

Pros: It’s lovely looking out over the garden to the sea from the apartment. The garden while a little noisy from the road is a lovely spot to read under the lemon tree with the scent of the neighbour’s jasmine bush. The apartment is well equipped, nicely decorated and clean. Wonderful stay!

Pros: Property was comfortable with everything we needed. Located right next to the beach which was great. Fantastic bakers just round the corner and close to shops and restaurants We had an enjoyable stay

Cons: We hadn’t appreciated how busy the road was outside so quite noisy if sitting outside or doors open
