Modern Studio by Port & Old Town

Pros: Great apartment, fully equipped with everything you might need, even umbrellas. Spotlessly clean, good Wi-Fi, and a very polite and friendly host. Highly recommended!

Pros: I rate this apartment very highly. It is very clean, well-equipped, and cozy. It’s almost new, and some of the appliances haven’t even been used yet. The apartment is bright because it has many windows. Even though it’s not very big, it doesn’t feel small thanks to the great layout and smart use of space. The kitchen has everything you need: a coffee machine with capsules, a toaster, and even a juicer. The apartment is close to the port, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Old Town. Public transport is also very good. The host, Mr. Gillian, was extremely kind. He helped us with everything we needed and always responded quickly. I can definitely recommend this apartment — it’s perfect for a couple, even for a longer stay.

My best accommodation so far.

Pros: 10 points with 5 stars. Simply perfect! New accommodation, in a good location, in a quiet building and location. The accommodation was equipped with everything down to the smallest details. Mr. Gilles was waiting at the accommodation with the keys and we were in constant contact until the check-in, I received an answer to all my questions almost immediately and even after checking in he asked about my well-being. A true French gentleman! I recommend the Carrefour supermarket, which is 10 minutes away, for shopping, where you can find everything at good prices. The Monte Carlo bus number 600, which leaves from Normandia Square, is 8 minutes away (I recommend a Ticket Azur ticket, although there is no machine at the stop and it does not work on the way back). The port and the city park are also 15-20 minutes away on foot. In short, I highly recommend the accommodation.

Pros: Appartement refait à neuf avec toutes les commodités. Lit très confortable.

Un week end spettacolare a Nice

Pros: Squisita cordialita' e disponibilità dei proprietari. Pulizia ottima. Arredamento nuovo e studio totalmente attrezzato. Buona posizione in zona centrale e sicura, da cui raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi destinazione. Non ho mai usato l'auto.

En långhelg i Nice. Allt var perfekt.

Pros: Centralt och mycket välutrustat. Allt man behövde fanns t.o.m paraplyer. Lägenheten var inte så stor men bra planerat. Tyst och lugnt läge. Trevligt bemötande av värden.

Pros: La casa é nuovissima e pulitissima, l’internet velocissimo. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha permesso di lasciare l’appartamento alle 12:00.

Cons: Per arrivare in centro c’è bisogno di prendere la metro che si trova a 10 minuti dall’appartamento, oppure circa 35 minuti a piedi

Pros: Apparement très propre et fonctionnel ! Idéal pour court séjour sur Nice.

Pros: J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio confortable, impeccablement propre, calme et idéalement situé. Élisabeth est d’une grande gentillesse, très prévenante et vraiment accommodante. J’espère sincèrement avoir l’occasion d’y revenir lors d’un prochain passage à Nice !
