Pros: The apartment was located right in the center of Nice, which made our stay extremely convenient. Everything was within walking distance — shops, restaurants, and the main attractions. The place itself was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. Bertrand was a great host — very responsive, helpful, and well organized. Communication was smooth from check-in to check-out, and all the information provided was clear and useful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Pros: The property has perfect location, the host was very kind and helpful, it has a charming terrace.

Cons: One of the bedrooms is really tiny, but it is exactly as on the pictures, so it wasn't a suprise for us.

Pros: Location. Well equipped, clean, comfortable, exactly as stated in description We had a minor electrical issue but the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Cons: The guy playing the trumpet rather badly outside! ( but he was hilarious)
