Pros: Very near the promenade and near bus stop and tram line. Easy access to and from airport. The apartment feels homely, the bed is comfortable and you can also cook whatever you want in the morning. Menel is very helpful and obliging. All in all, I recommend the apartment 😃😄🥰

I am very satisfied with my stay. If I have a next time, I will choose this one again.

Pros: The location is very good, just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The room is very clean, the landlord is very friendly, and the price-performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it.

Cons: The dining table chair seemed to be broken. It felt like it was going to collapse when I sat on it. The socket in the bathroom also didn't work. The mat on the bathroom floor was very slippery if there was water under it. I almost slipped several times. I suggest changing it to something that absorbs water.

We loved our stay in Nice.

Pros: Clean and very nice apartment , very close to the beach. 7km from the airport. We were able to check in early and check out at 4pm . the owners very helpful we are very grateful.

Exceptional apartment at awesome location

Pros: It is a very cosy apartment with very comfortable beds. There plenty of space for a family of 4. The apartment is very close to a tram station, which was useful. The rooms and washrooms were spacious. The bed and sofa beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, there was Wi-Fi and the washer was extremely convenient for us.

Cons: The Florida Plage isn’t particularly good. Also, the place is a touch far from train station.

Very comfortable and cute

Pros: The apartment is very cute with great attention to detail. It is big enough to sleep 4 and would be a fantastic option for a short or long stay in Nice as it has all the amenities you could need.

Cons: Little tricky if you are arriving later than 9:45 pm to check into the property, however they were very accomodating for us arriving at 11:30 pm due to delays. Location is good, however it is 10-15 minute from central Nice spots. Not an issue, but worth considering what shoes you were for a day out.

We couldn't dream for more! All was perfect, even beyond our expectations!

Pros: EXCELLENT time spent at the lovely apartment! We were in Nice for the first time and we really loved our stay there! The apartment is just great! We had all what was needed during our stay (3 nights). The place is very safe, well positioned - very close to the sea and also very close to the tramway station. The communication with the host was excellent and I couldn't want more. In case we come back again to Nice we would not search for any other place but directly book again this lovely apartment!

Pros: Cosy, quiet, clean apartment. Close to beach, market, restaurant and tram with easy access to airport and centre of city. Helpful hosts, proper easy instruction how to check in and more.

Pros: Magnífica ubicación. A 2 minutos andando de la playa. Parada del Tramway en la puerta. El apartamento es cómodo, perfecto para 2 personas. Baño nuevísimo. Cocina muy bien equipada. Tal y como se ve en las fotos. Excelente comunicación con la propietaria. Respuesta rápida y amable, dispuesta a ayudar. Muy buena opción de alojamiento en Niza. Queda en mi lista de favoritos aquí. Pros: L’ emplacement Calme et tout a proximité. Très bien équipé. Propre Et propriétaires très a l écoute et hyper dispo. Je conseille vivement.

Pros: Gute Lage der Wohnung – direkt neben dem Strand und der wunderschönen Promenade. Die Inhaberin ist freundlich und immer hilfsbereite. Gute Verkehrsverbindungen mit der Stadt und Flughafen, Geschäfte und Bäckerei in der Nähe von Wohnung.

Cons: Nix, alles war OK.
