Pros: Location, and the fact that you can cook in the apartment.

Cons: The apartment was cold. when we turn on the air conditioning the upper level gets very hot but the ground floor was still cold.in the apartment the shower is way too small, we found a spider coming down from the ceiling, and also we found a sook under the sofa in the upper level, that probably belongs to another person who stays there in the past. The apartment has dust in some places, and the internet doesn't work properly,so even that there is TV with all the apps,like YouTube ect,you can't connect, because the wifi just doesn't work. Is like on and off. The place we're they say that you can leave your luggage..charge 7€ per luggage even if is a backpack 🎒 and is the same place where you pick up and return the apartment keys .

Pros: I loved everything about this place. Cosy, clean, attention to details, everything made with love. Coffee / tea / water in the fridge and even a bottle of wine! Everything was perfect. The host was very attentive and answered all my questions quickly and even helped me to check in an hour earlier at no extra cost.

Cons: There is nothing to fault, the place is beautiful to stay.

Pros: Great location, lovely room, clean and host was very helpful

Cons: The only real criticism is the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The shower was very small but manageable.

Great stay in the heart of beautiful Nice

Pros: The studio is very well located and fully equipped, beds were comfortable (both beds), soundproofing works well to block noise from outside, and everything was as expected.

Cons: Be aware that you have to collect the keys from a different location (only a few minutes walk).

Beautiful bijou studio right on the Vieux Port

Pros: Location was amazing and the place was spotless! Everything was easy to use and the cold water in the fridge was a godsend! The balcony view was priceless

I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Nice. The value for money was exceptional.

Pros: The owner was unbelievably responsive and helpful - I had lots of questions which she answered quickly! The location could not have been better for the events around the harbour .

Cons: I have already suggested a mirror on the main floor which I was told will be looked after right away.

Pros: A hely,az meseszép! A kislakás, szintén fantasztikus . Paula szinte azonnal válaszolt a kérdéseinkre. Máskor is szívesen megyünk hozzá. Melegen ajánlom. 😊

Cons: Városnézésre a legtökéletesebb. Mindent meg tudtunk nézni gyalog. Illetve a buszok a háztól 1 percre indulnak, amivel az egész francia riviéra beutazható.

Séjour fort agréable, je recommande !

Pros: Appartement très bien aménagé, propre, idéalement situé ( tramway à 2 min à pied)

Cons: Les serrures d’accès étaient un peu capricieuses
