Pros: Great location in walking distance to the Port du Nice, Le Chateau Hill, The Old Town and Promenade des Anglaise. Accommodation was lovely and perfect for us having a weekend away.

Cons: Trying to find the key box in the dark wasn’t easy and took sometime as it had no lighting and far from the door of the Apartment. It wasn’t very obvious where it was even with the photos as it was also in the next street. The small shower head in the bathroom does not fix securely and with the pressure of the water moves around. Would suggest a couple extra pillows stored in the wardrobe.

Superb location and communication, beds lack comfort.

Pros: Easy to access from the airport with great transport links to different places via train or bus. Walking distance to the port, view point and many nice restaurants around. Big plus is the supermarket around the corner to buy all necessities. The apartment is modern and spacious, with a fully fitted kitchen. Communication with the host was excellent.

Cons: Both beds had extremely soft mattresses which were very uncomfortable to sleep on. We did not get the restful sleep on our holiday that we were hoping for and our bodies felt quite sore every day. The toilet paper provided was not enough, a second key would have been nice for a party of 3.

Pros: We appreciated the location of the apartment, which made it easy to discover Nice. The house is spacious and clean. Justin, one of members of the team who manages the apartment, is a great guy.

Cons: The beds in the apartment were unfortunately not very comfortable.

Loved our stay, would book again!

Pros: We loved the location and the apartment so much, it made our stay so much more enjoyable and easy! The place was so spacious and beautiful. We had everything we needed. There is a supermarket right down the road and it is close to amenities and restaurants. The train station is just a ten minute walk away.

Cons: The beds have dips in them, they were manageable but they could probably use a new mattress!

Pros: Solid 10, esp location and cleanliness and size of apartment is magnificent

Pros: The apartment is in a great location. The place is clean, has everything you need for a stay. The way of communicating with the owner is easy.

Pros: Lovely place, great location! A little bit noisy on the side of the street.

Perfect stay.

Pros: The host was very prompt in answering our questions, very helpful and kind enough to let us in the apartment early in the morning. Spatious rooms, all ammenities in the kitchen, very close to the harbour. Supermarket and boulangerie is right accross the street.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: The flat was nice and clean. Very good area. Close to the port , the tram was just a few minutes away. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Supermarket just round the corner. Bakery just 2 minutes away. Internet speed was so good. The host was so helpful and nice. So prompt and polite, replying so quickly to all you need. Btw we were a family of 4 adults We had an amazing stay. Thank you so much

Beautiful apartment. Exactly like pictures!!!

Pros: Location is great. The apartment is been renewed and looks brand new. All amenities for long stay. Luminous and spacious place a few minutes from tram and port. Highly recommended for families.

Cons: Beds. Poor quality mattresses, pillows and covers. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well because of bad beds.
