Pros: Everything was nice. Olivia was very helpful and nice.

Cons: Location great since it was near everything. But very busy street, which might be a bother for some. The apartment itself however was very cozy and quiet.

Pros: Excellent location, coffee machine, clean bathroom, easy check in.

Cons: Wifi didn't work, sofa used for sleeping wasn't comfortable and it was dusty. Not recommended for persons with allergies.

Perfect for two person!

Pros: It was very clean and nice modern flat. Was perfect for two person. It is in the main street of Nice! The train station was like 5 mins and the beach was like 15 mins by walk. Perfect location and flat! Owner was kind!

Cons: The street was a bit noisy on working days but it’s not the property’s fault, so I cannot write anything else here.

Good for short stay next to train station

Pros: The flat was in a 5th floor. I wish I have been told that as my partner has heigh sickness so at first was a bit stressful. The location is great! Communication with owner was fantastic. The flat is tiny max for 2 people. Very nice big shower.

Cons: the bad unfortunately is horrible.

An amazing place to stay that was perfect for me as a solo traveller wanting to see as much of nice and surrounding town

Pros: This property is in the perfect location, right next to a main tram stop and the train station- perfect for seeing as many sights as possible. This apartment is very practical and cosy with everything you need after a long day of exploring. Olivia is also a great host who checked in on me upon my arrival and was at my disposal when needed. Very clean and modern and the balcony is a perfect addition also.

Cons: Nothing!!
