Great stay in Nice

Pros: Everything was great! The communication was very clear and helpful advice on Nice, near the train station and 15 min walk to the beach and old town. Comfortable size for two as well. Plenty of nice restaurants around as well.

Pros: Unlike other apartment, this was a full double bed rather than a sofa bed and it was extremely comfortable. The apartment was quiet, spacious, and had everything we needed. We were even surprised that the host provided beach towels, beach mats and a large beach umbrella/parasol for us. The shower water pressure and heat was great. The location is also fantastic. It’s right next to the tram line thats less than a 10-minute ride or 15-minute walk to the city centre, and it’s right outside Nice-Ville Train station thats less than took us to places like Monaco, Menton, and Ventimiglia (Italy). There are also multiple Lime and Pony Bike stops nearby if you want to use bicycles to explore Nice. There are so many restaurants and food options nearby, as well as Lidl and Aldi if you want to stock up on things for your stay. Cutlery, plates, cups and cooking utensils are also provided.

Cons: The elevator was a bit daunting because it’s an old-fashioned open type but we got used to it. The shower mount was broken so we couldn’t have the hose high up. Unlike a lot of other AirBnBs, this didn’t have a Nespresso or dolce gusto coffee machine, just a kettle and filter coffee machine.

Pros: The owner is really nice and helpful. The apartment is well located, near L1 and some restaurants, and it has a nice sun exposure.

Cons: The bath could be improved by some deep cleaning.

Pros: Excellent location for sights and further travel. Lots of room and quiet. Good shower and welcome gifts.

Pros: Fantastic location, close go the central train station and major shopping street. Hosts were brilliant, helpful, and made every attempt to assist if needed. Good value for money given location and relatively large size of apartment.

Cons: Some unexpected maintenance issues for the entire building - once again, hosts were very accommodating and problem solved through the situation.

Pros: Brilliant location close to transport hub. Felt secure and safe. Wonderful lift. Great communication with owner. Comfortable bed in a great size studio. Great to have a washing machine.

Cons: We bought our own washing machine powder - it would have been great to have enough for just one wash - but this is a small niggle in a wonderful stay.

Pros: Nice, very clean apartment, with nice touches like a little box of sweets. The bathroom was beautiful.

Cons: A coffee machine would be great!
