October in Nice

Pros: The flat was modern, clean, cosy and well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Safe access to the entire building is granted with two keys. The balcony provides a fantastic view of the city and the surrounding hills, which is particularly impressive at night. The location is excellent, with easy access to the tram stop, main avenues. There is a good variety of supermarkets in the vicinity. The city centre and the Promenade des Anglais are both within a 30-minute walk. The owner was extremely kind and welcomed us warmly, even coming to say goodbye on the day of our departure. This flat is well-suited for a pleasant stay in a lively neighbourhood of Nice.

Cons: We were completely satisfied.

Pros: The landlady Nathasha was very helpful and kind. We also liked the location. The property has a nice balcony. And perfect fresh veg and fruit market just down the road! Market was there almost every day!

Cons: Night time the road got noisy with young riders but sometimes the police were there to stop them from making noise!

Good value for money

Pros: It's location, it's security, well equipped and comfortable.

Excellent at this apartment and will look to use again without hesitation.

Pros: It was a self catering studio, so we cooked our own breakfast every morning whilst we're there for 8 nights. Within a five minute walk from the apartment there two supermarkets, one main French brand and an Aldi.

Cons: I have to be perfectly honest there was nothing for my wife and I to dislike

Pros: 5 mins walk to tram, 15 mins walk to Train station, 30 mins walk to beach. Lots of local good value bars and restraunts. Very pleasant staff. Would not hesitate to recommend. Loads of local supermarkets and shops especially the boulangerie.

Pros: The host was friendly and was quick to resolve some minor issues that we've had at the beginning of our stay. The apartment is clean, offers necessary utensils and even basic condiments for cooking. It is conveniently located with a few supermarkets nearby. The train station is reachable by foot in about 12 minutes. Only remark is that we would've benefited from a larger bed.

My best stay and would go back again. The most hospitable host

Pros: Everything about this property was amazing. It was the right size with simple finishes. Loved the balcony and the table and chairs on the balcony. Best location and easy access to public transport

Pros: Bardzo sympatyczna pani gospodyni, sama z siebie pomogła mi z dojazdem na miejsce. W mieszkaniu najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, jest nawet kawiarka :).

Pros: Super Lage. Das Studio ist einfach aber mit allen notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt. Besonders nett fanden wir, dass Natasha so flexibel mit der Check-in Zeit war und so unkompliziert beim Check-out.
