Lovely & cozy duplex heart of Nice with bathtub!

Pros: good price and was cozy. It did everything it needed to do.

Cons: upstairs was a little small.

Pros: Apartment is set in a great location, close to the train station which allows you to easily explore the whole cost. It was perfectly clean and the communication with the host was great. It takes 2 min. of walking to get to the bus that will take you to the old town or the promenade. Supermarket is 2min. of walking as well.

Cons: There is a couple of small things that could be improved, but all in all, this apartment is a great base for exploring the city and the coast.

Superbe appartement très très bien placé

Pros: Franchement super, exactement comme sur les photos, tout équipé, clim en haut et en bas on adore, on vous recommande fortement cet appartement nous avons passé un superbe séjour !

It was lovely.

Pros: The host was fabulous. Really welcoming and flexible with my late arrival and early (very early) departure times. It's in a convenient location. The pictures were accurate - so you got exactly what you reserved. Big enough to move around in. Really a lovely experience. And the lemon tree... Gorgeous.

Cons: Smoke from the downstairs neighbor's place sometimes entered the apartment. It would be nice if there was a broom available. Ran out of toilet paper.

Pros: Apesar de ser em um prédio mais antigo, o apartamento é bem amplo, novo e bem decorado, contém todo o necessário para uma estadia mais longa. O Anfitrião é bastante solicito, responde bem rápido e nos ajudou prontamente a chamar alguém consertar o ar condicionado que estava quebrado quando chegamos, no outro dia já estava funcionando. É próximo a estação de trens de Nice Ville

Cons: A área ao redor passa a sensação de insegurança, principalmente a noite. O apartamento se encontra em uma rua sem saída que pela noite vimos inclusive venda de drogas, mas nada aconteceu com a gente, então talvez não seja perigosa como parece. Outro ponto ruim é não ter elevador, as escadas são bastante estreitas para subir com uma mala grande, mas já fomos sabendo disso
