Pros: Excellent hosts. Any enquiries were quickly answered in a friendly and helpful manner and we felt that if we had needed any help during our stay they would have provided it. The apartment is in the centre of Nice, within an old but very secure building. It offers easy access to both old and new towns, the markets and the beach so you can’t ask for a better location. It’s equipped with everything you need as the hosts make sure you are given a good welcome. There were even extra toilet rolls. That’s not something I have ever seen before. It was clean and comfortable and we felt secure there. There are a few supermarkets near by so very handy when you need supplies. The area can get a bit noisy but unless the windows were open we didn’t really notice. It certainly never disturbed us. There was plenty of hot water and the air con and wifi connectivity were excellent. If I go back to Nice I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Cons: I couldn’t quite get used to the square pillows on the bed but it’s a minor point and I did sleep 😊

Pros: La ubicación del inmuebles es inmejorable, cerca a Plaza Messena y el paseo de los ingleses. El apartamento es espacioso y cómodo. Muy iluminado.

Pros: Wohnung ist zu dritt oder viert für ein paar Tage ausreichend groß, hat zwei, wenn auch kleine Schlafzimmer, ist zentral gelegen und verkehrsgünstig, hat einen schönen Balkon Zugang zum Haus war nach Übergabe der Schlüssel durch die Verwalterin unabhängig und problemlos, Pflegeprodukte waren zwar nicht wie angegeben vorhanden, aber immerhin Toilettenpapier und Seife, jedoch nur ein einziger Spülmaschinentab

Cons: Betreuung der Wohnung durch eine überarbeitete Verwalterin, die offenbar deutlich zu viele Wohnungen gleichzeitig zu betreuen hat, wir durften leider das Fenster im Schlafzimmer nicht öffnen, wurden angewiesen, es die ganze Zeit geschlossen zu halten, weil eine Taube sich vor dem Fenster eingenistet hatte die Betten war zwar bezogen und Handtücher vorhanden, die Wohnung und das Bad jedoch nur oberflächlich sauber, offensichtlich in großer Eile gepflegt, z. B. war die Zimmerpflanze so stark gegossen, dass wir mehrmals die Pfütze aufwischen mussten, in der Toilette offensichtlich seit langem der Rest eines Duftsteins unter der Brille festgeklebt etc. leider in der Nacht etwas laut und Baumaßnahmen direkt vor dem Fenster
