Romania 🇷🇴

Pros: The apartment is well located, near the railway and bus station and stores. The pictures on booking are around 85% according to the reality and the apartment has all the facilities you need.

Cons: The communication with the property manager is difficult. They could do some improvment regarding the cleaning (I have attached a picture with the air machine). They have strict rulez regarding the departure: you must wash dishes, take the garbage and leave the apartment clean, not very convenient when you are on holiday. Also they are request a 1200 euro guarantee which is important that is released 15 days after your departure and for which you pay additional charges of 10 euro. At first they said we can recover the charges, but we did not succed as they are not answering my messages.

appt bien situé , très calme.

Pros: cuisine bien équipée, machine a café au top : merci appt rénové avec goût , lit confortable appartement très calme, donne sur cour intérieure donc pas de bruit de circulation. remise de clef en main propre a l heure choisi.

Cons: un peut plus de rangement dans la salle de bains : porte manteaux , tablette ou petite armoire pour ranger les nécessaires de toilettes. A remettre en état: le store de chambre (bloqué en bas), la poignée de porte (se dévisse, l éclairage de la hotte HS) très bien dans l ensemble. canapé pas très propre, taché !! nettoyage a prévoir !!

Pros: Jó elhelyezkedés, tágas szobák. A felszereltségből sem hiányzott semmi.

Cons: A tisztaságon lehetne javítani. A lakás nagyon gyorsan felmelegszik, a ventillátor sem segít ha nagyon meleg van.

Eine schöne Unterkunft

Pros: Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und insbesondere die Küche hat uns gut gefallen. Zudem war die Lage sehr angenehm. Um die Ecke hat sich direkt ein Supermarkt befunden und der Strand konnte in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Der Kontakt zur Ansprechpartnerin verlief reibungslos über WhatsApp, wodurch wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben.

Cons: Da es keine Klimaanlage und nur einen Ventilator gab, war es tagsüber in der Wohnung sehr warm.
