Great place to stay in Nice although a bit of a walk to the centre of town and waterfront.

Pros: The host, Alessandro was very helpful. The apartment is clean, spacious, newly renovated with excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed and kitchen area.

Pros: It was spacious, clean and had many kitchen utensils which was handy for me as I came with baby, I was able to cook baby food easily.

Pros: Its location was excellent. 20min walk to tram, 20min walk to main train station. Grocery shops etc within 10min walk. A great base to explore.

Pros: Alessandro was the perfect host. His instructions to gain access were very clear. He stayed in contact with us.Very professional.

Cons: Only a minor issue but would have liked to check out at noon instead of 11am. But we were made known of this prior to booking. Perhaps next time we can compromise and check out at 11:30am

Bon séjour à Nice :)

Pros: La situation de l'appartement est proche de la gare ce qui permet de voyager et de découvrir la région facilement. Le logement est propre et bien agencé. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire si vous souhaitez prendre un repas à l'appartement. Le centre ville de Nice est accessible facilement à pied cependant si vous souhaitez ne pas marcher une station de bus passe à proximité de l'appartement. Enfin le propriétaire est très réactif si vous avez besoin, merci à lui. Appartement très bien !

Sehr funktional und preiswert. Besonders für Familien oder Gruppen zu empfehlen.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist schöner als ich es auf Grund der Fotos erwartet hatte. Außerordentlich im Vergleich zu den meisten Wohnungen ist, dass sie zwei vollständige Schlafzimmer hat, zuzüglich ein Wohn/Esszimmer mit Küche. Betten und Klimaanlage sind sehr gut. In Nizza besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Wohnung am Ende einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig ist, man also bei offenen Fenster schlafen kann.

Cons: Die Dusche ist etwas eng, aber dicht. Am Anfang hatte ich mir Sorgen gemacht, weil ich keine Infos zum Schlüssel bekommen hatte. Das konnte durch direkten Telefonkontakt mir dem Eigentümer behoben werden.
