Excellent option for accommodation in Nice for a few days

Pros: A very spacious apartment with everything you need for a long stay - an equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, enough dishes, a washing machine, a dryer, a hair dryer, an iron, a good bathroom. The apartment was well cleaned before our arrival. The apartment has air conditioning, which is important in the summer, thanks to it it was comfortable to be indoors in the summer in hot and stuffy weather. Good location of the apartment - 15 minutes to the center and the nearest beach, there are many grocery stores and cafes nearby. Very responsive owner of the apartment, we were able to agree with her on an earlier check-in, which was very important for us after an early arrival in the city, we are very grateful to her.

Cons: The apartment is not new, but very comfortable for living.

Pros: Great location right at a tram stop. It had a proper and comfortable double bed! Good aircon and kitchen fit out and good communication with the owner.

Pros: Great location, very friendly host, and excellent value for money. The apartment had everything we needed. The shower drain was a bit slow, but overall it was a lovely stay — highly recommended!

Pros: Such a clean and bright space! The minimalist design still had all the essentials. I had two very relaxing nights here.

Cons: The studio is on the 4th floor and there’s no elevator, which might be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.

Pros: Very happy with the apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Everything worked well (AC, shower, etc) and it was very quiet at night so we had good nights of sleep. The host was very helpful for check in and out. 100% recommend

Pros: I loved how helpful the host was, and how easy the hotel was to find. The room was very comfortable and clean and had all the facilities. Perfect, and definitely worth the price

Great place to stay in Nice!

Pros: The flat was comfortable and clean in a great location. Any issues that arose were quickly solved by Rime and she went above and beyond to be a great host to us. Would definitely recommend!

Cons: On the first night my friend was a bit cold as the sofa bed only had a sheet and not a duvet however this was rectified by Rime for the second night. Only body wash was provided in the bathroom.

Great bolt hole in a fab location

Pros: We loved how convenient it was for transport links, local shops and access to both the port and Vielle Ville. We thought the appartment was big for a studio and the host was superb and went out of her way to be helpful.

Cons: Nothing. We were glad we had been to the gym before going as the four flights of stairs might otherwise have been a challenge.

Pros: Great location just by the tram stop and close to Place Garibaldi and Vielle Ville. The apartment is well furnished, and have good AC and WiFi, extra pleased that I came with a laundry machine!

Pros: Good location with shops nearby and beach is not far. Next to tram station. Easy to access and contact host.
