The apartment was very comfortable & in a good location. The host was very helpful.

Pros: Location was good, and it was spacious, new & comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom basin didn’t drain well.

A pleasant stay for a short time..and it’s comfy😍

Pros: The place is near all shops, Restaurants and Transportation. All are a few minutes away. Basically a very good place to stay.. You have everything near your Place. It was a good space for a group. Clean Modern and comfy.. Big balcony and a quiet place to stay though it’s near to all but you can’t hear anything from inside. Complete accessories for our needs. Yohan was nice to talk too ..very accommodating to our needs. Will definitely come back again next year!

Cons: Lights at the living room was not working.

Pros: Good location,effective communicated with the owner,clean and easy.

Cons: It’s very hard to find a park surrounding the apartment, it’s made me spent over 1hour to found one, but anyway,everything was great,the coffee shop at the corner of the apartment was so nice and helpful, helped me to extended time for park, happy time made us knowing: Nice is Nice!

Pros: Location and the apartmant was great. Johan was very helpful, everything was fine and simple during chek-in and check-out. Thanks a lot!

Cons: Just a few little things, doesn't matter... ( there was only one knife, which was broken already, 2 towels were missing, thats all 😅

Great place to stay for a family. Easy to access.

Pros: It’s a nice apartment in a nice area of Nice. Everything is new and working well, there are some lamps missing in the rooms but apart from that everything you need is there. We liked the little heater in the bathroom.

Pros: The first -it's a host! A great person!!! The best host ever! I'm really thankful for his kindness! The second - the flat - clean,spacious, close to every interesting place in a city! The third - the atmosphere...we felt like at home

Nice stay in Nice

Pros: Big apartment with balcony, good location, close to many restaurants. Clean and cozy.

Cons: There were no hand soap and shower gel provided. There was no sign/ name on the door, so was a bit hard to guess which one is it on the floor.
