Pros: I recently stayed at this lovely apartment during my vacation, and it was an excellent choice! The location was perfect—near the old town and also close to a train station for trips to Antibes, Cannes, Monaco etc. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals when we didn’t want to eat out. The apartment itself was spacious and nicely furnished which made my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the enormous sofa, which was great for relaxing after a day out. The host was very responsive, and we usually got an answer in less than 5 minutes. Check-in was smooth, and the apartment was clean. Overall, my experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay during their vacation. I’m looking forward to returning!

Cons: We checked in quite late and the courtyard was poorly lit making it a bit hard to navigate.

Pros: J'ai vraiment été surpris de cette location je savais qu'il était bien placé mais je m'attendais à avoir un appartement mais non une maison dans une cour en plein centre ville de Nice une maison avec tout le confort le calme j'avais vraiment hésité quand j'avais vu les anciens commentaires et franchement j'ai vraiment pas été déçu
