Great for a quick stay!
Pros: Great position indeed for someone who has tight travel schedule. The staff had helped us with our requests and was quite responsive. Overall great stay!
Cons: The reimbursable deposit for damages was a bit too much, but we got it back quite quickly after check-out.

Right in the heart of the city, perfect for travelling alone
Pros: Excellent location! Very close to the city centre, the tram stops were just nearby. Informative instructions on how to collect the keys. Very convenient transport to the airport - just take the tram. The AC was a real life saver, Netlfix was working, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, iron with a board, hairdryer - additional pluses :)
Cons: The toilet was just next to the bed, no doors or curtains. It's ok when you're alone, but not necessarily convenient when you're travelling with someone and you need some privacy. Little room in the closet for keeping your clothes and other stuff.

Great little one bed studio in the heart of Nice. Has everything you need.
Pros: Perfect location & very tidy. Had all required amenities. Good value for money. Would definitely stay here again!
Cons: Could upgrade the pillows & no blinds on windows.

Pros: Super emplacement, appartement agréable, ascenseur....
Cons: Il serait bon de prévoir un rideau ou autre entre la salle d'eau et le lit (intimité) et entre lit et pièce principale pour un confort accru. Il manque quelques accessoires pratiques comme porte-serviette, savon...

Pros: Konumu çok güzel, evin içi çok güzel. İhtiyacımız olan her şeyi karşılıyordu. Sadece kıyafetler için dolap olabilirdi ama çok sorun değildi.
Cons: Yastık ve yorgan naylon olduğundan pek konforlu bulamadım. Ama çok büyük bir sorun teşkil etmedi. Her şey 10/10du

Pros: Lage ausgezeichnet, Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich.
Cons: Leider gab es zum Badezimmer, in dem sich auch die Toilette befindet, keine Tür, es ist auch kein Sichtschutz vorhanden.

Schöner Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage in einer wunderschönen Stadt
Pros: Es war unterm Strich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Nizza. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, das beste ist die zentrale Lage im Stadtzentrum, man kann alles fussläufig erreichen, muss aber auch mit mit den Großstadtgeräuschen insbesondere nachts umgehen können, insbesondere dann, wenn, wie in unserem Falle, die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert
Cons: Die Schlüsselübergabe war nicht gut gelöst. Der Schlüssel wird nicht an der Unterkunft übergeben, sondern muss in der Agentur abgeholt werden. Dort erhält man den Schlüssel ohne Hinweis, wo sich das Zimmer im Haus befindet. Das haben wir mangels Beschriftung nur durch Ausprobieren der Türschlösser gefunden. Die Kommunikation war mühsam, weil Telefongespräche auf einer Mailbox landen und wie Mail oder Whatsapp Anfragen nicht zeitnah erwidert werden. Die Aircondition funktionierte nicht. Wir mussten daher mit offenem Fenster schlafen und mit den nächtlichen Strassengeräuschen und den Mücken kämpfen

Pros: Sejour sympa et gestion efficace de l agence, bon emplacement , bien géré pour un voyage court. Merci !
Cons: Le seul point que je me permets de conseiller , comme souvent les appart hotel : difficile de connaître le code de l interphone , ou le nom qui faut appeller pour recevoir un invité ou une livraison...faut descendre du dernier étage. Ça arrive tout le temps avec les appart hotel ou airbnb ce n est pas du tout un commentaire contre cet établissement, ils sont top!
