Great location and nice apartment

Pros: Great location. Great apartment for a stay in Nice close to Promenade des Anglais and lots of restaurant/bars (but also quiet).

Cons: It’s not a huge apartment but would be fine for two couples or family.

Pros: Very good location both to Promenade d'anglais and to shopping streets. Nice dining and kitchen area. Very nice and helpful staff, they were quick at replying when we had questions.

Cons: The floors were a bit dirty when walking inside with only socks on. The balcony was also a bit dirty and we were missing a table so we couldn't sit outside (the pictures showed that there was a table available). We couldn't find any cutting board in the kitchen. There was not that much hot water when taking a shower, only lasted for 1 person.

Pros: L'emplacement est super ! L'appartement est spacieux et confortable et la literie très bonne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Pros: Ottima casa anche per 4 persone. Vicinissima alla passeggiata e alla spiaggia. Sotto casa ci sono negozi e ristoranti, per cucina italiana raccomando vivamente Chez Ritho.

Pros: L'emplacement est super, l'appartement un peu petit mais on trouve toutes les commodités.

Cons: C'était juste un peu petit pour 4 personnes mais tout le reste était super.

Pros: Великолепное расположение - прямо у Английской набережной! 5 минут до автобусной остановкти, 10 минут до остановки трамваев, 20 минут до жд вокзала. Рядом кафе, рестораны, старый город, парки и т.д. Апартаменты просторные и удобные - 2 не смежные спальни, просторная гостинная. В принципе, 6 взрослых поместятся не доставляя друг другу неудобств. В апартаментах есть все необходимое. Тихие соседи.

Cons: Балкон непривычно узкий, компанией не посидишь, но это не портит общее впечатление.
