Pros: Very central location, the apartment had everything we needed. Balcony was great. Host was great to deal with.

Cons: I would be aware if your mobility isn't great, the stairs in the apartment are a bit tricky but it was fine for us.

Pros: Lovely location : a very close walk from tram stops (so we could go to and from airport), small walk to old town and right on the shopping street, all so close to the beach. The balcony was so lovely. There was a lot of storage space. Though small , it had everything we needed and was easy to fit two of us in there. The lockbox for the key was super convenient and safe to have.

Pros: L’emplacement central mais au calme sur la terrasse sans vis à vis sur les toits de Nice un vrai plus de cet appartement

Cons: L’escalier très escarpé pour attendre la terrasse

Pros: J'ai beaucoup aimé l'aménagement et l'optimisation de l'espace. Mon œil d'artisant verra toujours des améliorations mais le compte y est. J'ai aussi bien aimé la vue atypique du balcon, surtout avant le lever du soleil ou il fait un peu froid mais que la promesse des rayons de soleil font supporter.

Cons: Une légère odeur d'assainissement par moment, mais supportable. Il faudrait modifier la terminaison des ventilations primaires autour de la terrasse mais ça doit être compliqué vu le nombre de copropriétés.

Pros: Logement atypique , emplacement super central très pratique, terrasse tres sympa Propre service et accès facile Merci !

Cons: Un peu exiguë pour deux personnes, surtout le lit et son accès , Absence de réelle ventilation dans la salle de bain, Refoulement d'odeur sur la terrasse, peut être de la colonne de pluie de l'immeuble, mais ce n'est pas vraiment du ressort du propriétaire
