Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, bright, and atmospheric, and it was well-equipped with plenty of cooking appliances — especially useful when traveling with kids. The building is easy to reach from the airport; it’s practically a straight route from the arrivals terminal. There are several shops nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. There is some street noise, which might be a problem for very light sleepers, but closing the shutters or using earplugs should help. We personally didn’t have any issues with noise.
Cons: Overall everything was fine, the floors could be cleaner, but it is easy solvable if you invest in robot vacuum cleaner, it is perfect for tile floors and easy to maintain by the guests themselves.

The location, amenities, and sea views make this apartment a great choice but...
Pros: The property is conveniently located near the Promenade and Tram number 2, making it easy to access public transportation. Tram number 2 is only a 4-minute walk away and provides a direct route to both the airport and the city Center. Additionally, the Museum Massena and Beaux-Arts Museum are within walking distance, adding cultural attractions to the convenience of the location. The apartment is well-furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities, including air conditioning in living room and one room,which is a great bonus. The balcony offers lovely views of the sea, making it a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. One of the major advantages of this property is its proximity to the beach and promenad (Prom. des Anglais), It is just a 5-minute walk to close to Plage Florida, Plage du Forum, and there are numerous restaurants in the vicinity, providing a variety of dining/lunch options.
Cons: However, there was a downside to our stay. Upon arrival, we found the floor of the apartment to be quite dirty, and as well staff in kitchen not properly cleaned , which was disappointing. The price for that type of apartment is quite higher. It's not Booking standard, which seem more like Airbnb. Cleaning need definitely to be improved.

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location. Would stay here again
Pros: Beautiful apartment with a spacious balcony offering a nice view of the sea. Furnished with everything needed, has 2 AC units and shutters to block out the sun. Steps from the beach and restaurants. There's a tram station 200 m from the building ( going to the airport and city center ). If you're not in a rush, you can take the tram from and to the airport and save 40 (or 80) euros. Pro tip: download the Lignes D'Azul app and buy a ticket for 1,70 euro. When you exit the building, walk on Rue de France for 5 minutes and you'll have several restaurants catering to any taste. My family loved it here and we'd stay again here.
Cons: We rented a car to visit Cannes and Monaco. Parking or even stopping on the street is a headache. There's an underground parking lot at Magnan (10 minutes walk from the apartment ). Of course, this has nothing to do with the apartment...

Great property, excellent facilities with close proximity to the promenade
Pros: Location is excellent, the property is well furnished and kept very tidy to high standards. All amenities for a young family. The views from the balcony are superb. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts at Riviera very prompt with their service and queries.
Cons: The keys had to be collected from the property office. It is best if the property manager team would meet the guests at the property and do a proper check-in. But not a big issue.

Pros: Beliggenhed og indretningen af lejligheden. En hel fantastisk udsigt over havet og tæt på det meste. Meget veludstyret
Cons: sofa og den ene stol er meget dårlige og ukomfortable hvis man har lidt rygproblemer.

Onnistunut loma hyvässä asunnossa.
Pros: Sijainti oli hyvä ja terassilta ihana merimaisema. Myös takaterassi, jonne ilta-aurinko paistoi. Toimiva asunto, 2 mh, olohuone ja keittiö, kylpyhuone ja vessa.
Cons: Suihkun lämmönsäädin oli vaikea. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa, jossa 2 erillistä sänkyä, oli vain yksi iso huopa.
