Pros: The good value for money! In last day was possibility stay longer for check out. In Saturday was concert on square, for free, can see and listen from window. Fresh croissant 20m from apartment.

Pros: It's a very good place to stay in Nice. In my opinion it is better than a hotel. The flat has character, looks really cool. Feels like a typical Nice apartment, not a random IKEA. Location is Perfect. It's located on the second floor, by the narrow, quiet street, very close to Garibaldi square. The train station is 15 min away, airport tram and buses, which go to Eze are very close. There are restaurants, shops, and backeries in the neighborhood.

Cons: One neighbour was really loud one night. I don't know whether it's because of the very noisy neighbour or thin walls. Apart from that all was good. The owner is a very kind person. Thank you.

Great place to stay in Nice

Pros: Really nice spacious apartment in Nice in a great location near the port. Very friendly owner. Highly recommended.

Perfect mini break in Nice

Pros: Spotlessly clean, comfortable, with charming eclectic furniture, great book collection. Very well located, very close to tram stops to reach all of the main destinations.

Pros: Laurent was very friendly, and the flat was very tidy. Hot water available. Heating available when we got cold.

Cons: No English channels on TV. But that's minor, and i learnt a bit of French whilst there. There was also building work happening next door, which woke us up at 6am each morning. The walls are paper thin so we could hear everything.

very Nice :)

Pros: very cozy and great to stay at a lived in apartment rather than an agency run impersonal property. well equipped kitchen and living room with record player, tv, radio and balcony were very pleasant. location 10/10

Cons: overall a great place to stay that I would recommend, not really much to improve. only thing I can think of is the bathroom door did not close fully, but this did not bother either of us that much.

Great location, host and homestay feels!

Pros: The host is very attentative, and organised. The home feels like homestay at French house. The house is situated at walkable distance to old town and convenient public transport all around incl 10mins walk to train station. Heaps of good restaurants around and supermarket is just opposite to the place. Highly recommend

Cons: Street can be loud so bring ear plugs!

City home in Nice center

Pros: It's not a hotel, not an apartment house, it's a traditional french city flat, if you want to blend in, don't hesitate to book it! :) Pascal is a great host, we arrived quite late, but he waited for us to handover the flat. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (even though we didn't use it) and a separate bedroom, which helps you to feel like home. The location is good, 15 minutes walk from the seaside promenade, and 5 mins from the tram station, everything is easily accessible.

Cons: Since it's in an old building, there's no insulation, you will hear literally everything from the neighbor and from the streets. The windows are new, that helps a bit, but the city itself noisy.
