Très bon séjour, bon rapport qualité/prix

Pros: L'appartement correspond parfaitement à sa description. Il se situe au 6e étage avec l'ascenseur. Malgré son emplacement dans un quartier très animé, il est vraiment très calme. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la clim avec fonction chauffage: étant frileuse j'avais peur d'avoir froid la nuit, mais elle est silencieuse et elle chauffe bien la pièce. Tout l'équipement est assez récent. Le propriétaire est très attentionné et toujours joignable

Cons: S'il n'y avait pas eu l'odeur désagréable d'égout et l'absence de machine à café, la note aurait été de 10/10
