Super studio in the heart of Nice!

Great value for a short stay and close to the beach!

Pros: It was clean and comfortable. We found additional towels, a couple of bottles of water, and a bottle of wine. The place or right in the city center close to restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Just what we were looking for.

Cons: The building is a bit old and you can hear some noise, but nothing too annoying worth calling out.

Pros: Location is amazing, the studio is small but has everything you need for a quick stay and is well orgnised, kitchen is well equipped too. It's also pretty quiet regardless of the location since it's looking against another building, so it's a bit hidden. Water pressure is good.

Cons: Some noise from water pipes from neighbours. Building entrance/hallways are not the best, but can't blame the host for this.

Pros: The location of the appatman is very good.The old town and the sea are close by.

Cons: The sleeping cabin is small.

Pros: Marie made it easy for us to find the flat and check in. The area is very central and close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The flat is well equipped although we didn’t cook or stay there a lot. We had a very enjoyable holiday.

Great location

Pros: The location is excellent and the apartment has everything you need for a good stay.

Comfortable stay with kid

Pros: Location was perfect, 2 minutes walkable distance from market, sea beach and food street. Carnival de Nice was 7 minutes walk from the location. Comfortable and clean house.

Cons: Ants came when we left food unattended on arrival,but there were plenty cleaning amenities. So not much problem.

Cosy studio in the center of Nice

Pros: The apartment was rather small but very nice, cosy, clean, and wonderfully located. It was furnished with everything necessary and the owner has even left a bottle of water, wine, cotton pads and cotton swabs at our disposal. We arrived earlier than expected, but the host was extremely welcoming and helpful and allowed us to check-in sooner. Our stay was really pleasant!

Cons: There was nothing wrong with our stay in Nice.

Delightful, lovely, would book again

Pros: The location of this property is amazing, just steps from one of the main strips and less than two minutes from the beach and promenade. You can walk into Old Town within 12 minutes but there are heaps of restaurants and bars just outside the door. We stayed with three people and the place was big enough, the air conditioner worked incredibly well on the 34 degree days. The kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: It would be nice to have a shower head that tilts down a bit.

Pros: L'endroit vraiment strategique proche de tout ,à 15 minutes de la gare et proche du tram , l'appartement etait petit mais propre et on trouve tout ce qu'on a besoin .je le recommande vraiment

Cons: Rien à dire c'etait agréable

Pros: L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait, proche de tout, mais au calme au milieu du pâté de maisons. Il y a suffisamment d'espace pour une famille. La clé est rangée de manière pratique. La climatisation fonctionne de manière louable.
