Nice ageing apartment in Nice

Pros: The apartment was nice enough in a decent location in Nice. There is air conditioning which is great for hot nights.

Cons: The key pickup and drop off is a long way from the apartment. The apartment is getting worn out, with almost no kitchen cupboard doors closing properly, and hard to close the refrigerator. There were ants coming in from the balcony when I arrived, and they were on the dining table. There is a LOT of administration that is requested by the property manager, sending photos on check out, and a big long contract that is issued after checking in. The photos on the contract do NOT match the current status of the apartment. There is also a large deposit requested, though it was refunded promptly.

Pros: The apartment was bright, spacious and in a really nice location and building. It also had air-conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen.

Cons: The AC in the living room was dripping so we couldn't use it. The whole apartment smelled bad like cold smoke. The floors were quite sticky. The company both asked the same questions on WhatsApp and booking.com and didn't seem to cross-read resulting in lots of messages, which was a bit annoying. Furthermore, a deposit needed to be payed through an external provider and couldn't be provided in cash or directly to the account of the company.

Very nice appartment, good location, clean with all that you need for a pleasant stay.

Pros: Located in a nice area and fully equipped appartment. Very nice terrace.

Cons: A little softer beds would be appreciated.

lovely location, apartment had everything that we needed. Staff were wonderful.

Pros: It is less than 10 minutes to the beach ! Near lots of amenities and cafes. Area is beautiful and the apartment has everything you’d need to take for a trip to the beach. It is much bigger than you could anticipate on the pictures ! The staff were lovely and accommodating. Air con and heating provided so could stay at a comfortable temperature. kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was very comfy !

Cons: under furniture wasn’t cleaned eg:dusty under sofa. (This is more of a deep clean task though rather than between every stay so understandable)Balcony lovely but not as seen in pictures so not as private as expected(trellis not there).Mostly clean though and definitely fit for purpose :) More cleaning required than expected considering you’re paying to be there eg: emptying bins,washing up and requested that we sweep.

Pros: L'emplacement, et l'appartement bien équipé et très lumineux..

Cons: Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas trop bien !

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a wonderful part of town. They fixed the Wi-Fi quickly

Cons: The saucepans did not work on the induction stovetop.

Sehr schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt in Strandnähe

Pros: Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht und viel Platz (für 2 Personen). Wie haben es sehr genossen! Auch das Schlüsselabholen bei der Agentur war unkompliziert.
