Pros: Fantastic location, gorgeous balcony view and clean comfy flat. Easy instructions prior arrival from owner

Tranquil, well- equipped apartment in superb location.

Pros: The apartment is in a superbly convenient location in the centre of town however it is quiet and calm. We especially loved the generously sized balcony with view over the tranquil church garden. The well- equipped kitchen was also much appreciated as was the warm shower.

Cons: The sofa bed although easy to assemble, had a metal bar beneath the mattress which dug into my back. Extra padding perhaps needed to rectify this issue.

A really fantastic, quiet apartment with a private balcony and lovely view!

Pros: This is a really fantastic apartment with an amazing balcony, where you don't see your neighbours and can have privacy. You have a beautiful view of a church garden with a lot of green. The apartment is fully equipped; everything is excellent quality. The kitchen is equipped with many utensils for cooking and serving food, various cables to connect devices to the TV; a washing machine is also available, as are plenty of pillows and cushions to ensure your comfort. We also appreciated the apartment's quietness and abundance of flowers, which create a homey atmosphere even when you're far from home.

Great place but not a good host.

Pros: The location was excellent. Restaurants right outside.

Cons: I didn’t like that the information to get my keys was not clear. I rang the host with the number she left she never got back to me at all. This was extremely annoying. I asked for help from a wonderful lady 2 doors down who worked in a clothes store who helped me sort it out. To be honest I don’t know what I would have done without her help. Some of us are not used to living in an apartment. I live in a house. I also didn’t like that I was asked to take the garbage to a different floor when the cleaner who arrived could have done that.

Great Stay in the City Center

Pros: Great location right next to a bustling lively street. Still, super quiet and private. Spacious apartment with lovely balcony.

Cons: Description of entrance could be improved, as there was no picture of the door or description of how to ring the bell. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Very good appartment in one of the best locations

Pros: Super location. In the heart of Nice and access to restaurants and shops. Also 10 minutes away from the tram that brings you to the airport. Very beautiful appartment with everything inside

Cons: The noise isolation from neighbours is relatively poor

Pros: High quality building. Very well looked after. In the middle of Nice, yet very quiet. The beds were super comfortable.

Cons: A bit of noise from the neighbours upstairs.

Pros: Nice apartment in safe location near thr beach. Owner was lovely and very helpful. Would come back to explore more parts of Nice
