Pros: Great location — a supermarket is nearby, and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach at a relaxed pace. Convenient self check-in. It’s possible to leave your luggage after check-out, which is very helpful. The air conditioner works well, and the apartment has all the necessary kitchenware. Clean bed linen was provided. Also, pets are allowed, which was a big plus for us.

Cons: There are many cafés right under the window, and it gets quite noisy until late at night. The balcony door didn’t close properly, so there was no way to block out the noise. In fact, the balcony was always accessible — there was a key, but it couldn’t actually be locked. Not enough toilet paper was provided, and there was no liquid soap or shower gel. The bathroom has no shower curtain, so everything gets wet after a shower. The apartment is a bit outdated, especially noticeable in the bathroom. Late check-in was a bit of a quest: the keys had to be picked up at one location, the apartment was at another, and then we had to go to a third address the next day for mandatory registration.

Ideal for short stay

Pros: Location is excellent close to beach public transport, restaurants, prom des Anglais etc ideal for a couple for a short stay. For a longer stay I would want a bit more space. Would stay there again.

Cons: There was a wifi box but we could not get it to work during our short stay. To be transparent, We did not follow up as we had our own packages and didn’t want to spend time chasing it up.

Lovely small apartment in the city centre. Our experience was nice and quiet.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice balcony with a street&sea view. Our stay 5.-7.7.2024 was quiet, we slept very well and despite of the special atmosphere due L’Etape du Tour de France (which was the objective of our trip) & EuroCup in football, we had a nice and quiet experience after all the restaurants closed (around midnight).

Cons: You must remember to pickup the keys in different address as in the building of the apartment is no reception. Missing holder for the shower in the bathroom which would help to maintain the room drier. We were told that our deposit would be returned exactly on the same day as our departure - 7.7.2024 - and we still haven’t recieved it (300€). Today is 13.7.2024. (Can be due to the Debit card, but some prior information could help us not to worry and avoid calling to the owners to find out what happened.

Highly recommended and great value

Pros: The location and the size of the apartment is excellent. Loved everything about it including the beautiful balcony overlooking the city centre. Great place to spend the afternoon with a nice bottle of French wine and snacks

Pros: Very clean place and the location cannot be better!

Cons: Consumables can be of a better quality (toilet paper, handsoap, etc.)

Pros: Posizione comoda per girare e vivere tutta la città

Pros: L'emplacement, proche de la mer et d'une rue piétonne remplie de restaurants (pratique les 24 et 25 décembre, quand tout est fermé partout). Bien entendu, les restaurants n'étaient pas les plus authentiques, mais c'était ça ou rien...

Cons: Une procédure inutilement compliquée, qui ne se justifiait pas pour un séjour court : dépôt de caution obligatoire, demande de faire un état des lieux d'arrivée ET un état des lieux de départ. J'ai pris le risque de ne pas le faire, il ne faut pas exagérer : j'étais en vacances pour 3 jours, pas pour louer un appartement pour 3 ans...

Emplacement exceptionnel

Pros: L'emplacement est remarquable très proche de la promenade des anglais au cœur de la ville piétonne.

Cons: Pas de vrai lit mais un clic clac

Je retiens l’emplacement exceptionnel de ce studio, sa proximité avec l’animation de la ville et la Promenade des Anglai

Pros: Balcon avec vue « bord de mer » Emplacement très animé Courtoisie du personnel de l’agence

Cons: La pièce principale manque un peu d’amour ( une étagère avec quelles tablettes, à gauche de la tête de lit, aurait facilité le rangement de vêtements ; une légère couverture sur les draps aurait été utile et aurait rendu le décor plus convivial) La salle de bain, quant à elle, manque beaucoup d’amour …… La télé (+ le FreeBox) n’a été fonctionnel que quelques heures, et ce, malgré l’intervention d’un gentil garçon qui avait fait les démarches appropriées ; j’ai capitulé … et m’en suis passée les 5 derniers jours … quand même un peu déçue …
