Everythings was perfect except the bugs.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, nice balcony, good facilities. It is near the train station and a reasonable walk to the city centre/old town. Even though the railway is near, no sound from it, just the street downstairs.

Cons: We were met by a cockroach on the door, then during the stay couple of more showed up. We understand that this is a building problem not specifically the apartment but It does lack some deep cleaning.

Perfect

Pros: The stay was simply perfect! The apartment is impeccably clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — close to the beach, restaurants, and Nice's main tourist attractions. The hosts were extremely attentive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I recommend it without hesitation and would certainly return!”

Pros: The apartment is very spacious, especially from what i’ve seen around this area. Very well positioned, close to the train station and the shopping avenue. The host is very prompt with answers to any questions.

Cons: We had a small issue when we arrived with some bugs on the door of the apartment, but it was solved by the next day

Relaxed and Comfy

Pros: Spacious and comfortable. The living room sofa bed is great. The Dyson Fans in the rooms made it more comfortable in the heat. The heater wasn't working when we arrived, but the owner showed up in just 20 minutes to help us and sorted it out.

Pros: The apartment is very close to the train station, it has all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. Fernando the manager was so kind and very responsive on text. We really enjoyed our stay!

This apartment contributed to our stay in Nice being really memorable. All thanks to the host.

Cons: La zona rumorosa di notte.....e con ragazzi che parlavano o urlavano fino a notte fonda ...e zona poco pulita

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Pros: L'appartement est très bien aménagé, on est très bien à l'intérieur, juste le lit dans la chambre est trop petit pour deux personnes. Le service était parfait et l'hôte très sympa !!!!, Un très bel appartement avec une décoration tip top. Merci L'emplacement est proche de la gare avec ses avantages et inconvénients comme dans toutes les grandes villes :)- Un petit clin d'oeil à Fernando et grand merci !!!! A bientôt

Cons: Le quartier avec les jeunes qui se regroupent dans les coins de rue sinon on a pas eu de problèmes majeurs.
