Beware third party property management sites may require more details and security!

Pros: We had a great stay at this place, in a fantastic location. Being in the old town may not me everyone's choice, but we absolutely loved the closeness to the markets and the sea. Weekend nights in the old town are busy and noisy, but being on a courtyard on one side helped. Instructions were very clear and everything was just the way it was described. Would stay here again!

Cons: I didn't expect that I would need to sign up with the smart BNB service, provide an id and a credit card for a security deposit, or else the booking would be cancelled. Had a panic at the airport when I was notified of the cancellation! Of course, in the fine print, on a random page, it did say that there was a third party service managing the booking. Thank goodness it was cleared up, only because the flight was delayed! We arrived at midnight and would have not had a room. I liked the days of only dealing with booking.com

Im Wesentlichen ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert.

Pros: Die Lage ist zentral. Die Schlüsselübergabe würde gut verlaufen, wenn man im voraus gewußt hätte, dass sich die Schlüssel in einem anderen Gebäude befinden. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, Betten sehr gut. Im Prinzip ruhig, man hört aber alle Geräusche durch die Eingangstür vom Treppenhaus. Geruch von der Badewanne, so wie die Vorgänger berichtetn, war neutral, also nicht unangenehm. Nespressomaschine.

Cons: Die Bedienung des Fernsehers hätte sofort erklärt werden müssen. Wir haben es nicht mehr genutzt. Außerdem hatten wir Sorge, dass das WC System ausfallen könnte und unsere geleistete Kaution von 900 Euro für die anfallenden geschätzten Reparaturkosten einbehalten wird. Hat aber alles funktioniert! Es gab keine Probleme.
