Pros: Dobra lokalizacja, piękny widok z okna dachowego do którego można się dostać stając na stołku lub wchodząc po drabinie. Jedyny pozytywny akcent tego apartamentu

Cons: Jakoś apartamentu odbiega od tego co jest pokazane na zdjęciach, brak odpowiedniej ilości szklanek/kubków, sztućce w złym stanie. Popękane ściany, krzywa podłoga/skośna, drzwi z szaf powyrywane, zacieki na ścianach. Ogólnie apartament w złym stanie technicznym.
