Nice Seaview Free Parking 4.Pers

Pros: Nice flat with everything one needs. Good mattress, kitchen with microwave (no oven), big TV etc. View to the ocean from the big balcony. Good location - next to tram stop, the sea, supermarket, bakery and some restaurants. Windows are to the back so there is hardly any street noise. Nice centre is just some tram stops or a walk on the promenade away. Host very helpful. Problem with Netflix was solved soon.

Cons: You have to close the curtains so no one can look in the rooms. But the is the case with almost any flat in Nice. Little space to store your clothing.

Pros: The apartment is located in a good location with a sea view. There is an old elevator on each floor, as well as old entrance doors to the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for cooking. There are several different shops not far from the apartment.

Cons: The sofa in the living room was not comfortable for sleeping. The mattress was uneven, so it was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Wonderful apartment

Pros: 30-40 minutes walk on a Promenade to the city centre. 5 to the beach. 2 groceries in 2 minutes. Sea view. Everything what you need for living. Perfect price-quality.

Cons: No oven, but it’s not a big deal

Pros: Great location, quick walk to the beach and the tram station is right out the front. Only a 5 min tram ride to get into main area of Nice. Tran was super helpful and the apartment was well equipped, we had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

Pros: The location is very ideal. It’s near the beach and next to tram stop. Triet is also super hospitable and kept checking on us during our trip

Pros: Loved this little apartment, great location next to a tram stop 5 mins from the promenade. Sunny balcony to eat breakfast/dinner etc, quiet bedroom with shutters on the windows, nice shower, well equipped kitchen. Owner let us in earlier as had a morning flight. Communicate was excellent. Definitely stay again on our next visit to Nice 👌

The perfect apartment

Pros: Fabulous apartment, perfect location with a tram stop right outside which gets you onto the centre of Nice in a few minutes, cost is €1.70 per trip. Free parking in the secure underground car park very close was also a great thing to have. The owner was very kind and so thoughtful, and went over and above to make our stay so perfect. I will definitely stay again next time.

Pros: Great location. Free parking, a big plus in a place like Nice.

Cons: The attention to detail in the interior would make this place unforgettable.
