Pros: Exceed expectations: apartment was more spacious than seemed. It was sparkling clean and was full of amenities.

Cons: Experienced minor issue upon check-in, but host was very friendly and responsive, so It was handled easily and fast

Pros: Good localization, comfortable bed (sofa in my case), utilities and microwave on plus, compact room for quick stay to roam the city.

Cons: Check-in could be earlier for free, on booking it’s said 47 av. and it is in fact 45 av, but the host sends instructions about the check-in

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Nice with our two children. The place was spotless and perfectly adapted for a family of four. Everything we needed was available: coffee machine, kettle, fridge, iron, TV, and more. It made us feel just like at home. The location is also excellent — very close to the beach, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and other facilities just around the corner. This made our holiday easy and stress-free, especially with kids. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend this apartment for families visiting Nice!

It’s very good value for money and in a very accessible location.

Pros: The property was well maintained on the inside with all amenities that one could need. It was modern and clean and quite close to lots of places including the promenade l’Anglais.

Cons: The doors were surprisingly hard to open and with four locks it made it challenging to get inside and there was only one pillow case in the property.

Excellent for a short stay.

Pros: The property is easy to navigate to and has public transport easily accessible.

Cons: The lack of natural light in the bedroom.

Pros: We had a lovely stay in these small but cozy apartments — perfect even for a couple with a child. The windows face a street with passing trams, which can be a bit noisy at times, but we didn’t mind at all. In fact, it added a special vibe of the lively spirit of Nice! Plus, there were earplugs provided, which completely solved the issue if needed. The location is fantastic — you can reach any part of the city within 5 minutes, and the sea is just around the corner! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and we truly appreciated that. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience — we’ll definitely be coming back! 💙

Good apartment, it would have been better if the stairs to access apartment was clean

Pros: Location accessibility to beach, tram, restaurant and supermarket

Cons: Common staircase to access apartment was dirty

Small apartment with everything you need for vacation

Pros: We enjoyed our stay, for us everything was good and comfortable. ( to summarize there were iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, micro, teapot, coffeemaker, two TVs, aircon, heaters and electric towels heater, fridge… I mean literally what else to add😅) Just 3 min to the sea and promenade, walking distance to the city center, tram stop in front of the building, nice bakery just next door. A few groceries close to the building. We had two rooms (1 bedroom and one living room with single bed) small kitchen, but well equipped (I would suggest for owners maybe only to add wine glasses😉). Bathroom was also good, clean, spacious.

Cons: It was a bit noisy outside because of traffic, but for us it was not a problem. The apartment is on the second floor and there’s a tiny stairs leading up, but again, it’s just one floor up, so it’s also not big deal. The building is quite old, and I read that someone heard their neighbors because of thin walls, but during our stay everything was ok.

Pros: I really liked the facilities; it was nice to be able to use the cooker, TV, nice shower and the iron and little ironing board that was just right for the size of the room was a nice touch!!

Pros: I really enjoyed the apartment, which has everything, it is comfortable and clean, the beach is close, as well as the city, shops and stations. You won't regret it when you come.
