Pros: We liked the accommodation because all the necessary amenities were available in the apartment.

Cons: The listing did not clearly mention that the property is located very close to the underground train, which results in continuous noise. The location itself is lively and can be viewed from two perspectives. On the positive side, the apartment is ideally situated near the promenade, the beach, and shopping areas, with excellent accessibility as the train runs directly beneath the building. On the other hand, the main drawback is the high noise level caused by the nearby train and surrounding facilities. Overall, this aspect can be considered both an advantage and a disadvantage, depending on personal preference.

Great stay in Nice

Pros: It was roomy and clean and located very near the beach, trams etc.

Cons: Nothing really. It was a great place to stay and I’d reconnect to anyone.

Pros: Appartement correct, manque un peu d'ustensile cuisine, deux poêles usagés. Par contre très bien lave-vaisselle plus lave-linge. Un très beau balcon.

Cons: Avec l'appartement était prévu une place de parking en sous-sol malheureusement notre voiture ne rentrait pas dans le garage il serait bien de le signaler sur l'annonce c'est un garage pour petite voiture quand je dis petite c'est tout petit. La conciergerie a réagi aussitôt en nous proposant une place de parking dans un garage souterrain à quelques mètres de la location pour la semaine , nous avons apprécié ce geste, encore merci. Petit problème d'écoulement de l'eau dans la douche.

Pros: Établissement bien situé à 5minutes de la mer. Départ du tram au pied de la résidence.

Cons: Le bruit extérieur

Pros: Unmittelbar vor dem Haus ist die Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Vom Balkon aus ist das Meer zu sehen. Zu Fuß zum Meer ca 300m.

Cons: Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns, dass wir den Wohnungsschlüssel ca 3 km von der Wohnung abholen mussten.

Pros: Хорошая просторная квартира с видом на море . Уютно и красиво . Просторный балкон . Прямо под окнами трамвай, что дает с легкостью добраться до центра . С подземной парковкой , что очень важно для Ниццы.

Cons: Гардеробная очень пахнет сыростью . Ее лучше не открывать даже . Нет кондиционера и возможно летом будет жарко. И на балконе нет ставней , солнце будет сильно светить . Мало посуды на кухне .
