Super clean and modern apartment

Pros: The apartment was perfectly clean, modern, and comfortable with really friendly hosts and located in a nice, well-connected area.

Cons: Overall, the apartment was rather small (we stayed in the Topaze apartment). Especially the couch-kitchen-dining area was tight. However, the size of the bedroom downstairs was fine.

A little oasis in Nice

Pros: We had the most wonderful time at Villa le Nid, staying in the Rubis duplex apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we were greeted after a delayed flight with a warm welcome and a bottle of wine. The gardens are a lovely place to relax and read a book or enjoy breakfast / a meal outside. Jean Luc and Blandine were in contact in the weeks leading up to our stay with transport, sightseeing and restaurant recommendations which were invaluable. The location is great for exploring Nice and along the coast by public transport. The main train station is a 10 minute walk and the tram stop just 5 minutes. Plenty of lovely restaurants, shops and markets just a short walk away too. We’d recommend a stay here and would love to come back.

Cons: Nothing. We had one small issue whilst we were there, but Jean Luc fixed it immediately.
