Great value stay near Old Town.

Pros: Location near old town. Great proximity however due to the fact that the neighbourhood in on a mountain going back was a challenge. Flat in good state. Host generally reachable and willing to help.

Cons: Bedrooms downstairs had no A/C. Main bathroom had no toilet.

We had an amazing stay with a kind host.

Pros: I really appreciated the host always being there for any questions we had. He was also exceptionally nice with us even when we got in some trouble after our group split up and needed an extra set of keys. The place is spacious and perfect for a big group of friends like we were. The neighbourhood felt safe around other villas and families. The beds were comfortable as well. The kitchen and dining area was the best part about the villa. it overlooks a beautiful scenery of Nice.

Cons: Reaching the location was a little difficult but it is still reasonably simple when you get an idea of the area.

Nice is a wonderful place, with kind people, experience to try absolutely.

Pros: Excellent house, brand new and comfortable both for the location and for the environment. Alexandre very kind person, reliable and always available, I advise everyone to take this house.

Cons: Everything is ok, there wasn't anything in particular that I didn't like.

Bonito lugar, excelente trato

Pros: Limpio, cómodo y muy completo los implementos necesarios.

Cons: No servía el wifi pero la persona encargada tuvo comunicación constante con nosotros. No me gustó mucho que no adviertes que hay muchas escaleras para subir hasta el lugar y en el grupo iban personas con problemas de movilidad

Pros: Bon séjour à Nice dans ce logement qui est très fonctionnel (grand frigo, télévision, lit-chaise pour bébé, four, micro-onde, grille pain, etc). À 7, il était spacieux et agréable à vivre. Situé entre le mont Alban et le centre de Nice en passant par le port et la promenade des Anglais, il permet de varier les activités tout en étant au calme.

Siamo rimasti contenti della nostra scelta

Pros: La casa è molto spaziosa e si trova in zona residenziale molto tranquilla.Si trova a 500 m dalla stazione dei treni Nice Riquier per andare a Montecarlo e altri località sul mare ma e anche vicino alla stazione delle corriere Vauban 700 m per andare a Eze Village,bus 82 molto comodo.Noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare parcheggio in strada a 100 m da casa.Abbiamo usato la linea 12 e 57 che parte da Nice Riquier per andare in centro o verso il porto o il lungo mare.
