Cozy Appartement close to Port of Nice

Great little place for your stay in Nice

Cons: Bit pricey per night

Pros: The apartment itself is great for a family, spacious, bright, excellent air conditioning in the living room, washing machine and coffee machine, large, soft towels, and nice bedding. In terms of size and comfort, the apartment suited us perfectly for a family of a couple and two children. In addition, the communication with the owners of the apartment was excellent, they responded positively to every request and question and even helped us unload the equipment from the car and leave later than usual. It's a good 25-minute walk downhill to the city center but a hard climb back (so better take a bus or a car). When comparing the prices of accommodation in the center of Nice that are super high in the summer, this place is good value for money.

Cons: The path from the apartment to the parking lot is unpleasant and includes a narrow passage under the building. The kitchen needs some more cups, bowls, and kitchen utensils

Great place, missing a few amenities

Pros: The apartment is very close to a scenic view over the city. The apartment is also well lit.

Cons: We felt missing a dishwasher and microwave which make things a lot more comfortable.

Pros: Clean and bright apartment in a peaceful neighbourhood with good bus connections to the city. Helpful and good communication with the host.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at the apartment. It’s well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would come back any time :-)

Un séjour très agréable

Pros: Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire directement devant la résidence. Il a été disponible, attentionné et la communication a été facile tout au long du séjour. L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé dans une résidence où nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité. L'emplacement nous a totalement convenue. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Si nous devons revenir sur Nice nous reprendrions cet appart sans problème.

Pros: Très joli appartement spacieux et confortable, très bien équipé, joliment décoré, moderne, près de tout, parking sécurisé, supérette à 5 mn à pied,, accueil très sympathique,on est comme à la maison !
