Great location

Pros: Location was great to the beautiful port area and further in to the promenade and to old town. Free parking below the apartment Kitchen kitted out with all the basics you need like kettle toaster coffee machine, cutlery, cooking utensils, pans, plates etc Clothes driers / hairdryer Little balcony was small but enough to have breakfast Plenty of storage in the apt

Cons: The shower tray filled up while showering which took time to drain, very frustrating. The state of the pipe work in the bathroom is unsightly with flaky paint, rusty - needs boxing in and decorated. Only 1 cup/mug available and we had to buy one ourselves so we could have a hot drink together, there was a light bulb missing in the kitchen area - issues reported to the apt owner but sadly were not addressed while we were there. Pillows on the bed were a bit lumpy so they could do with replacing. We did have a good time despite these issues and the owners were responding otherwise.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The flat was a great size with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The location was fabulous as it was only a 6 minute walk to the train station and communication was very easy. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Nice and would highly recommend 😊

Pros: l appartement était très bien correspondant a nos attente . L immeuble est très calme et très sécurisée . Très agréable et très fonctionnel et bien équipés .

Cons: La remise des clés pas très pratique et pas de contact avec les propriétaire hormis par mail et téléphone . L emplacement de l appartement est dans un environnement pas top. Et la descente du parking est très étroite et pas pratique .

Appartamento bello e comodità del parcheggio privato.

Pros: Appartamento curato e carino, esattamente come da foto… forse un po’ più piccolo di come ci aspettavamo, dalle foto pensavamo un po’ più ampio. Ottima la presenza del parcheggio.

Cons: Unico nota stonata la caparra, con un click viene bloccata la somma ma per sbloccarla ci sono voluti 16 gg. Credo si possano trovare soluzioni più rapide vista la velocità del blocco ma la lentezza dello sblocco.
