idéal pour qui veut poser sa voiture et être rapidement au centre à petit prix

Pros: appartement au dernier étage d'un immeuble résidentiel des années 60. Très calme, Parking extérieur. A 5min porte appartement à banc arrêt de bus et 15min de bus direct pour aller au vieux nice et à la pronenade des anglais. Appartement traversant lumineux, avec petit balcon à l'ombre pour déjeuner dehors et petite vue sur la mer. Lit qui manque un peu de soutient mais nous aimons les lits fermes. Cuisine tout équipée avec four micro-onde nespresso etc... Présence congélateur. Grande bibliothèque. Une superette SPAR à 6min et un grand monoprix à 10min de marche
