Huge apartment with lovely view!

Pros: Huge apartment with great view over the city. Free large parking space with a really good facilities within. Great communication.

Cons: No air-conditioning which we didn’t notice, it was hot whilst we were out but fans were provided. About 40 mins walk, which might not be for everyone but uber cabs no problem and not expensive.

Pros: - View - A nice apartment with two rooms and a living room with a nice view balcony - There are everything what you need in this apartment. - Parking car is easy and it is safe. The car also enjoys the view - There is free WIFI - It was clean

Cons: - There is no lift - The balcony might be dangerous for the children. You must keep an eye of them always because of short walls - 1 hour early check-in is not allowed, then we had 4 hours late check-in since we went to the city center firstly - The sound isolation is poor, you hear the street

Loved our stay but needed a car as a good distance from beaches and Nice Central

Pros: High on the hill overlooking Nice this two bedroom , two bathroom with shower suited our family of three. Lovely clean apartment with friendly staff ( albeit with limited English ) , that provided kitchen area with dining table plus a TV viewing lounge area. All with wonderful views. Kitchen provided all we required except no butter, or conserve jam plus the tea provided didn’t suit us who prefer English breakfast or Lipton tea. Washing machine in separate room was useful . - secure free car onsite parking was a benefit for us

Cons: At our age , steps are an issue and this property does not have a lift. Carrying our suit cases from car to our apartment was difficult - staff help was appreciated. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom on first day. This was rectified by owner ASAP

Pros: lovely clean and spacious apartment .great view of sea and nice .lovely as we could park there as well .about 5min walk.to tram.Which take you to Central locations .

Exceptional!

Pros: Almost everything exceeded expectations! Really enjoyed staying a little distance away from the tourist areas but everything is easily reached by walking or public transport.

Cons: The floors could have been cleaned a little better but it's really a very minor detail...

Pros: Apartement is with a breathtaking panoramic view, which was beautiful from the balcony and from inside, as well. The flat was very spacios and well-equipped. The owner is very nice. We would return again.

Clean, spacious flat with lovely views

Pros: The flat was well thought-out, spacious and clean. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything one would have at home including three types of appliances to make coffee :) It is not central but the view is spectacular! The flat overlooks the city and from any of the many windows, there is a lovely view of the sea. If one is willing to be away from the 'thick of it', this is perfect. There is a terrace which extends the full length of the front of the flat and a private car park. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a shower not a bath) and a large communal space: living, dining, kitchen. The host Rika, is most accommodating and we would not hesitate to rent it for a longer stay.

Cons: The one 'petit bémol' is the distance from the centre. One would need transport to get into town but given the exorbitant costs of parking in downtown Nice, leave your car in the private parking and take the bus in.

Pros: Tout était parfait . Propreté , confort ,calme et vue magnifique .
