Cons: Everything was as expected

Pros: The apartment is easily accessible from the highway. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes by bus. (The bus stop is a 10-minute walk away.) You can park your car in an underground garage. The view is amazing. There are many storage options in the room and in the hall. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed.

Cons: The contact does not speak English. He responds slowly/lately to messages, but everything was fine in the end.

Pros: A nice cosy apartment in a green quiet area, with a balcony with a great garden and city view, and an unforgettable birds' singing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A host is really nice.

Quiet place with lovely view.

Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet, closed complex, about 3 km from the center. You have to travel by car or public transport to the center of Nice. The availability of free private parking is a big plus. The apartment itself is pleasant, with a nice terrace with a beautiful view.

Cons: The communication with the host regarding the exact arrival time was too busy. On the day of the trip she texted us several times which was annoying especially when you are driving.

Worth the money, beautiful view, home away from home.

Pros: The property was beautiful. Fully working kitchen including an oven, fridge freezer, cutlery and dishes etc. Very clean, good Wi-Fi connection and access to a pool. Felt like being at home whilst you’re on holiday. The host stayed in contact via WhatsApp and was very helpful if we had any questions. The air conditioning was a God-send considering we went in scorching July. Very close to local buses and near a little Spar store in case you need any bits at the last minute when you run low. Absolutely fantastic, would stay again.

Cons: My only negative is that myself and my partner are disabled and the shower head does not attach to the wall, you have to hold it over yourself to shower. This made washing quite difficult for us.
