Another great stay in cimiez apartment

Pros: We really like the location and the garden with the stunning view. The apartment was very clean ,and the shower is great. There are lots of cupboard spaces to put things which isn't often the case in rented apartments.

Cons: There was a bit of confusion re our checking in time but it was easily sorted and didn't spoil our holiday. Also the sink in the bathroom didn't run away very quickly but again not a bit problem.

Pros: The apartment looks modern and stylish, and the location is excellent, only 10 minutes by car to the center of Nice, or about an hour on foot. The view from the window and the garden is simply stunning, definitely 10/10. The bedroom has a large and comfortable bed, and both the bedroom and living room have air conditioning units that work perfectly on hot days they cooled the rooms down very quickly. The kitchen is well-equipped: there is a dishwasher (with a few capsules provided) and plenty of dishes, as well as a washing machine, which is very convenient.

Cons: The gate was difficult to unlock every time we went out. The bathroom, although stylish, was impractical: the bowl-shaped sink splashed water everywhere, the shower area was slippery, towels didn’t dry properly as the radiators didn’t work, and the small window caused a lot of moisture buildup. The pillows were extremely thin, almost like sleeping without one, and the bedside lamps kept flashing during the night, disturbing our sleep. The sofa bed in the living area unfolded easily, but it creaked loudly with every movement. The wardrobes had very limited hanging space only suitable for shirts or t-shirts, not longer clothes. The TV didn’t work at all (“no signal”), and the Wi-Fi was extremely weak, barely loading anything. Drying space for laundry was also very limited. Overall, I would rate the apartment 7/10.

A large apartment with beautiful terrace and views.

Pros: We loved the size of the apartment, it was very clean and had lots of cupboard and wardrobe space.The bathroom was fantastic with a lovely hot shower. We especially loved the outside space, the views are fantastic and it is so peaceful, we also liked the location as although not in central Nice the bus service to take you in was great, and only a short walk to the bus stop and the local supermarket. The apartment has everything we needed We didn't meet the owners but we met their parents and they were very welcoming and friendly.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like, we would definitely stay here again.

N'hésitez pas.

Pros: Vous êtes accueilli par le chat du propriétaire ... ce qui n'est pas banal. Celui-ci vous fait découvrir les différentes pièces de l'appartement. Salon très confortable, Chambre reposante, Salle de bain lumineuse sans oublier la Cuisine qui est superbement équipée. Je n'oublie pas le jardin et la vue qu'il offre.

Cons: Le traffic routier pour accéder à l'appartement.

nous avons passer un tres bon séjour que nous renouvelleront surement.

Pros: La vue etait tres jolie , l'appartement tres tres bien equiper , et quand j'ai eu besoin de contacter nos hotes j'ai pu les avoirs tres facilement , nous avons pu passer de tres tres belles vacances . la ligne 5 de bus nous a bien aider a nous deplacer sachant que celle ci ce deplace sur des zones tres achalandés en commerces restauration.

Cons: ce qui nous a legerement déplu c'est la qualité du wifi mis a disposition par nos hotes (les grosses chaleurs n'ont pas forcement aider non plus) . les moustiques etaient aussi au rendez vous ;) et le manque de rideau occultant car les pieces sont eclairés tres tot le matin .

Pros: Appartamento accogliente e pulito. Zona molto tranquilla. Giardino ben curato. Host gentile.

Cons: Ho chiesto al padrone di casa un asciugacapelli e non ha fatto nulla per aiutarmi. Avrei preferito uno sforzo da parte sua abitando al piano superiore per evitare di comprarne uno.
