Pros: Nice, cozy apartment not far from the sea and also from the train station, which made travels to other villages and towns easy to access. Nice to have the comfort of your own home, with cuttlery, dishes, cooking facilities. Especially appreciated the small balcony. Very helpful and open landlord.

Cons: Adding extra facilities such as ironing could help improve the stay. Also, cleanliness could be a little improved.

Great, nice balcony , enjoyable, easy to find , great location

Pros: I loved how close it was to the beach , the tram station is a 5 minute walk very accessible, bonus for the shop underneath the apartments we didn’t have to drag groceries far. The air conditioning was also great to come back to a cool apartment. It was easy to access keys the host was nice. There is a washing machine if needed and enough storage space for 2 people to fit all their clothes into. I would highly recommend this place. The balcony is also very nice to sit out in the evening and to have a glass of wine :)

Cons: The cleanliness of cutlery and dishes, the apartment could use a deep clean of general surface areas like the sinks, shower and the floor as they weren’t 100% clean( up to 70% clean). No wifi :(

Perfect apartment for 2 in a great location.

Pros: The location of the apartment is fabulous for the price - only 10 mins by foot to Promenade des Anglaise and about 6 mins by foot to nearest Tram stop. The apartment itself is very clean, light and spacious. The sofa bed is ideal for the space and very easy to use. The balcony was a wonderful surprise! It is the perfect place to sit and have a coffee in the morning and it even has a teeny tiny partial sea view! Cannot recommend this place enough if you are coming to Nice on a budget.

Cons: The road below can be noisy at times but this is no fault of the host and should be expected in busy cities!
