Great choice for your Nica stay.

Pros: Stylish apartment, every detail carefully chosen, very bright, great location: 5 min from the promenade, 10 min from the train station and the central shopping street, 2 min from the tram station. Worth every euro to wake up early and go to the beach:) Communication with Iva was smooth, she helped us with the baby's demands and with late check in and out.

Cons: /

Pros: All is great, cozy, comfortable. The shower, the kitchenware, the king-size bed.

Cons: The strange smell, either from the dishwasher, or from the hood, or somewhere behind the kitchen counter. I believe the host will get rid of it.

Pros: The apartment is wonderful — very clean, cozy, and perfectly located in the heart of the city. Everything is thoughtfully arranged. I was truly happy to stay here and highly recommend it! 💛💙

A perfect stay in Nice. We highly recommend these apartments and would love to come back again!

Pros: The apartment was bright, cozy and very clean. It had everything we needed, including a nice kitchen where we enjoyed making breakfast, and even a coffee machine. The location was excellent — close to the beach, a tram stop, and within walking distance to the Old Town. At the same time, since it’s not right in the middle of the tourist area, we could really feel the authentic, local atmosphere of France. A special thanks to our host, Iva — she is truly wonderful: very kind, responsive and always ready to give us helpful advice about transport and interesting places to visit in the city.

Cons: Nothing — we were absolutely happy with our stay.

Para repetir sin duda

Pros: Iva la anfitriona fue amabilísima en todo momento, respondiendo a cualquier consulta. También Abdel que nos recibió y nos explicó todo estupendamente. La cama es comodísima y encima enorme! Los electrodomésticos estaban completamente nuevos (horno, lavavajillas y lavadora). Está muy bien ubicado, a 2 minutos de la línea 2 del Tranvía y parada de autobús en la puerta.

Cons: Los edredones del sofá cama no tenían funda nórdica y desde la habitación se oía bastante a los vecinos de al lado.

Pros: Czystość, świeżość, widać że mieszkanie odświeżone, odmalowane. Super że pomimo małej powierzchni jest osobno toaleta i łazienka.

Pros: Gostei de estar limpo. Os donos foram super agradáveis e nos permitiram estar com flexibilidade

Nice apartment in a central location. Very safe to walk to nearby sites.

Pros: The apartment has everything a traveler round want and is in an excellent central walkable location.

Cons: Finding parking is a bit challenging.

Pros: Τέλεια τοποθεσία στο κέντρο, δίπλα στο μέτρο πολύ καθαρό και παρέχει τα πάντα. Check in και check out άψογο μπράβο.

Cons: Τα μαξιλάρια πραγματικά πρέπει να τα αλλάξει είναι το μόνο αρνητικό.
