Clean, quiet, cozy apartment

Pros: Michael was very nice, he explained everything I needed to know about the city and the apartment. The apartment is located within a 4 minute walk from the beach and there are shops, restaurants, bakeries etc, very near and all along the way to the commercial area and the tourist area which you can reach in around 20 minutes walking. However, the tram is near too and frequent trams take you to the centre in a few minutes. I liked that there were available some kitchen and bathroom staples left by other guests and perfectly managed by the host. The sunrise can be enjoyed from the sofabed, which is quite comfortable. The apartment was clan and quiet, looking out to the back of the building, so no car noise, only the birds singing in the morning.

Cons: Some sockets are activated/deactivated by some switches, so I got a little puzzled.

Pros: A small but beautiful and cozy apartment that has everything you need, in a great location, and of course with very kind owner. Merci Claudio, Merci Michael

Pros: The studio was well furnished. It has everything you need. Moreover the location was great around 5 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the coffee shop where you can grab a coffee and croissant, and around 20 minutes to the centre. Additionally, the host was very nice and answered all the questions that we had.

Pros: As we will expect, mostly. Clean, with all facilities ready to use. Michael, the contact person from the property, was the perfect man! He helped us a lot ,effectively, in solving some of our problems due to the flight canceling.

Great stay!

Pros: This was the perfect place for our week in nice. It’s small and simple but all you need. Great location, 2 min walk to the beach!! Washing machine, soap/shampoo etc and some kitchen supplies included. Lovely balcony to catch the morning sun. We communicated with co host Michael who was super attentive and helpful when we had issues! He even waited up for our later arrival! I felt very safe in this apartment and would absolutely stay again!!

Cons: The bed is a pull out couch which meant it was super creaky and loud every time you move on it, not too big of a deal but something to note if you move alot in your sleep. Also to note there is a school next door so noisy during school hours. I would also suggest removing old pictures from the listing.

Pros: La vue, la climatisation, être au 5ème avec ascenseur. Accueil très chaleureux

Cons: Habituellement je regarde beaucoup Canal+ et Netflix l'après-midi et le soir ; c'est dommage que ce ne soit pas inclus.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé nous avons été super bien accueilli et très bien renseigné merci nous avons passé un super agréable séjour

Cons: Les oreillers sont trop dures à changer

Pros: L'appartement est idealement place : tres proche de la plage, tres proche du carre d'or et proche de toutes commodites (un carrefour a deux pas). La terrace est un plus. L'hote Michael etait tres serviable et nous a parfaitement renseigne.
