Clean and spacious apartment with great view, would be improved by shower upgrade

Sea facing apartment by the port

Pros: Sea facing apartment with large living room. This apartment is in an ageing building but it has been revamped and there is A/C.

Cons: We had to meet the agency about 1km from the flat. Cmmunication was poor with the host and they request a mandatory 250€ deposit which feels like an antiquated way of doing business

Great view and value.

Pros: The location was excellent !!! Great view. Furniture was fine Price was great and honestly with that price and location it made up for the lack of comfy seating and odd shower.

Cons: Getting in and out of the shower was hard!!!

Great view but please change the sleeping couch

Pros: The view is just stunning. The Appartement is clean. It is quite close to the marina with resturants and bars. Don‘t miss the places in the second row!

Cons: The couchbed is almost broken and should really changed. In the kitchen there could be a bit more equipment for at least 4 people.

Casa Franck

Pros: The apartement was great, spacious, clean, beautiful view and great facilities for a family. The location at 7 minutes to the tram was also great and it was excellent value for money. I would stay at Casa Franck again.

Cons: A broken chair on the balcony caused me to be injured and on examination we found 2 more broken chairs. These were not replaced during our stay. It cost 5euro per bag for the office to mind your luggage, in my experience most places will do that for free. Also I have never before been asked for a deposit security before my arrival, especially when full payment has been made we'll in advance.

Very enjoyable stay

Pros: Loved the view looking out onto the port. Rooms were spacious & clean. Collected the keys on arrival from an office located in old nice and the staff were very friendly and informative. Instructions of how to reach the apartment were very clear.

Cons: Varná deska v kuchyni by potřebovala vyměnit. Je málo výkonná, na některých plotýnkách téměř nejde udržet bod varu

Pros: Все было супер, вид из окна просто потрясающий. Удобное место расположение, недалеко от дома можно даже найти свободные парко место) Рядом порт, под домам классная кафешка со вкусной пиццей и вежливым персоналом.

Gute Unterkunft für tagesaktive Gäste, die bei dem Preis bzgl. Ausstattung ein Auge zudrücken. Nizza ist eine tolle Stad

Pros: Lage, toller Blick, Restaurants in der Nähe, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel, Küche gepflegte Grünanlage, problemlose Übergabe der Schlüssel im Stadtoffice

Cons: Bett/ Matratze durchgelegen (Bettrahmen defekt=Vornutzer*in?) Keine Kaffeemaschine (es gibt aber eine Kapselmaschine) Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig kostenpflichtige Parkplätze vor dem Haus (das nächste Mal: nach Nizza fliegen und Straßenbahn vom Flughafen in Richtung Innenstadt und Bus 98 direkt zur Wohnung nehmen. (Desinfektion-) Putzmittel im Eingangs- und Etagenbereich riechen muffig. Aushändigung einer kleinen Orientierungshilfe mittels Stadtplan
