We really enjoyed our stay

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location with a stunning view — clean, bright, and equipped with everything you need. The air conditioning system is comfortable, though personally, I found the sound of it a bit loud, as I’m a very light sleeper :) But it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The pool is excellent, and we had no issues with the neighbors, as some reviews mentioned — of course, we followed all the rules. There’s a bus stop right in front of the apartment, and the bus runs frequently. It takes about 10–15 minutes to get down the hill to a great beach. We went there to swim in the mornings — it was peaceful and not crowded. It’s also quick and easy to transfer from the bus to the tram, which takes you comfortably to the city center — all the stops are nearby.

Cons: The only thing we missed was a microwave, and there weren’t enough utensils — so we either had to wash them by hand or run the dishwasher frequently. We also had to buy extra dishwasher tablets, as only two were provided.

Pros: Excellent location. Had to drive or take the bus to get food shopping. Getting the keys and access to the flat was an adventure involving a box and video from the agency but sort of fun.

Satisfied, recommended

Pros: The room matched the description. The sea view was beautiful. Parking was very convenient. It was also very convenient to go to the city.

Cons: The water in the shower can be larger.

Pros: Вид з балкону просто неймовірний. Тихий район, легко дістатись в центр-автобусна зупинка біля апартаментів, автобус їздить до Англійської набережної, а там часто їздить метро і діє один проїзний. В апартаментах є все необхідне для проживання.

Cons: Не було вішалок для верхнього одягу

Pros: Minden tetszett. A kilátás lenyűgöző. Könnyen és gyorsan elérhető tömegközlekedéssel, a 10-es busz a ház előtt áll meg. A szállás csendes. Az ágyak kényelmesek. A felszereltség tökéletes, modern. A kulcs átvétele az üzenetben kapott leírás alapján könnyű volt, nem kellett érte külön utazni. Külön élmény volt sötétben a távolban a leszálló repülőgépek látványa és az ágyakból látható tenger.

Cons: Nem volt ilyen.

Excelente local, muito confortável

Pros: Apartamento amplo com vista da região, piscina aquecida, cozinha completa

Cons: Não foi claro se havia estacionamento gratuito na edificação, deixamos na rua.

Virkelig dejligt sted

Pros: Udsigten var fantastisk 🤩 Dejlig beliggenhed med udsigt fra poolen. Stille og roligt

Cons: Lidt besværligt at finde/ komme frem og tilbage til byen/ stranden

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben immer außerhalb der Unterkunft auf öffentlichen Straßen kostenlos parken können. Direkt unter der Unterkunft gibt es eine öffentliche Tiefgarage, die man nutzen kann, aber bezahlen muss. Ins Zentrum von Nizza fährt man mit dem Auto knapp 10 Minuten. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Unterkunft war Top und würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen

Pros: Großzügiges Appartment mit guter Ausstattung zB was Küchenutensilien angeht. Großer sauberer Pool. Direkt vor dem Haus eine Busstation vorhanden.

Bel appartement moderne, équipé, vue Mer

Pros: La vue sur la mer est très agréable, c'est un appartement lumineux avec des baies vitrées vue mer et une terrasse pour déjeuner dehors vue mer. L'appartement est très bien équipé, il est moderne et très joli. La chambre est spacieuse, il y a des rangements et penderies. La piscine est proche de l'appartement et les abords sont propres et arborés.
