Pros: The apartment is conveniently located near the beach and tram towards the center, clean and comfortable. Very friendly hosts, and a plus that we could park the car in the accompanying garage. We had a lovely stay!

A delightful spot to stay with an excellent host.
Pros: The host was lovely and greeted us in person and showed us everything. He even lent us a tram card Parking secure and roomy under the building. Very clean and quiet. Bed super comfortable and shower excellent. Great washing facilities. A few minutes walk to a small supermarket, boulangerie, beach and tram stop.
Cons: Kitchen a bit squashy if you are cooking, mainly bench space.

Exceptional
Pros: It was one of the best places we’ve stayed so far. We stayed at Jean-Christophe’s place for only two nights, but I’d say it’s suitable for both short- and long-term stays. It has everything you need, and everything is in great condition. The whole place was very clean, and we were provided with fresh bedding and towels (even beach towels!). As soon as you enter the apartment, you can tell it was decorated with great care. There are grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. The tram stop and the beach are also just 10 minutes away on foot—so the location is excellent. Jean-Christophe is an awesome host, with great recommendations about Nice. Communication with him was seamless and very friendly. Thanks for hosting us! If we ever come to Nice again, we’ll definitely stay at Jean-Christophe’s place.

Wonderful hosts, very informative and helpful, great communication. Visited with my daughter and had a wonderful time.
Pros: Lovely decor, great location, everything you need is thoroughly thought of.
Cons: Recommend taking yoga mats/padded mats for pool area to lay on if you want to relax by the pool as beds not provided as residential pool area. Pool is lovely.

Fabuleux séjour !
Pros: Séjour parfait ! Un accueil vraiment chaleureux qui nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. Le logement était propre, confortable et très agréable. Merci pour tout Jean-Christophe, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Wunderschön und Herzlich
Pros: Wir wurden sehr herzlich und persönlich von unserem Gastgeber Jean-Christophe empfangen. Er gab uns viele hilfreiche Informationen und hat vieles wissenswerte zu Besichtigungen und dem Bahnsystem vorbereitet, incl. Tickets. Auch bei unserem Reifenproblem hat er kurzfristig Hilfestellung gegeben. Das Appartement ist komfortabel Ausgestattet, hat ein schönes, großes und bequemes Bett. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe ausgewählt. Das Bad ist großzügig und neu. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher sind sehr schön und ausreichend. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls sehr komfortabel und hat einen schönen Ausblick in den Garten. Es war auch dank Jean-Cristophe, ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeberfamilie.

Pros: Appartementl situé idéalement à la fois proche du tramway, de la plage et au bord d'un parc arboré calme. Accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire et de très bons conseils. L'appartement est très bien équipé et decoré avec soin (charmant). Le petit balcon ajoute beaucoup au confort du logement. Je conseille vivement, nous avons passé un agréable week-end !
